Good God!
Manur d Medvedev 62 63, I went over once to view the match and Meddy callled the tournament umpire complaining about the balls?
Medvedev will probably leave the Top Ten after Miami ( 1st time in 2 years)

I watched the first set of that match, and Munar was just out-playing him. He was kind of out-Medvedeving him. He was winning the long rallies, he lobbed over Daniil's head several times. Sure, Medvedev would have been frustrated, but if it kept going the way it had been, nothing Meddy could do, I guess. But I don't see this loss helping his motivation problem, nor the fact that we're going into the clay season.

Absolute joke to lose to this guy. So, we now have Alex De Manure and Jaume Manur. Tennis has become a load of shit... :pile-of-poo:

Meddy will drop out of the Top Ten, maybe that can be a motivation for him, as you say we will be going into the clay season, which wont help his cause,

Meddy has been losing to players he would normally win against, quite frankly I dont know how he will get himself out of his current mess,

If Rune wins his first match tomorrow against Opelka he will pass Mededev to 10th, Medvedev to 11th.

It's clear from this comment that you saw none of the match? I'm sure your main motivation here was to make the poop joke and get to use the emoji, but there's no reason at all to say that it's a joke for Medvedev to lose to Munar...Munar was besting him at his own game.

I dont mind a 'beaded Goffin"
No Alcaraz DFs and gives the break to David,
Great bhand from Alcaraz right on the line, he breaks back
4 all
Alcaraz with 2 BPs and breaks and wins 1st set 75, in a entertaining 1st set.

Does anyone else think those gigantic teal barcaloungers in the expensive seating area are weird? They're too big, but, also, what happens on a hot, humid day in Miami, when you're kind of sweaty? They seem kind of icky to me.

Lovely cross court volley from Goffin, he has a solid transition game to the net and does damage when coming forward
Goffin will serve 5-4 for the 2nd set
What a bhand down the line from Goffin money stuff!
Goffin wins 2nd set 64, a lot of grit from Goffin
Going 3

Carlos has to watch the UFE on his fhand wing now 22
Carlos cant afford to go down a double break
Alcaraz keeps it to a single break now in set 3

Down love 30, Goffin digs deep
Alcaraz had chances, pushing shots didnt help his cause
Goffin leads 5-3 final set
Goffins bhand return has been great so far in this match
2nd MP for Goffin
Yes David has done it with a bhand winner
Goffin d Alcaraz 57 64 63
Goffin made adjustments through the match, with his serve, and return, his bhand was a highlight tonight

Like I said last week, maybe he needs a few more losses before he gets a clue. His patience is out of the window from last year. He better get it together soon. He has a truckload of points to defend w/ Bean coming back just in time to throw a monkey wrench.

Carlos had a chance of taking the No 2 ranking off Zverev if he did well in Miami, back to the drawing board as he has heaps of points to defend with the clay season around the corner
Patience is a Virtue Carlos!

It seems like neither can handle the pressure of being #1 because they've both had chances w/ Red out and they are completely bottling these opportunities. It's hard to break a skid. Both the #2 and #3 seems to be skidding right now.

Agree, Bring Back Red ASAP :) Sinner dosent have these kind of dips in matches
I have given up on Sasha a Head Case
I still have hopes for Alcaraz, he has the game, he appears to get ahead of himself in matches, hopefully he can turn this around.
