I watched the first set of that match, and Munar was just out-playing him. He was kind of out-Medvedeving him. He was winning the long rallies, he lobbed over Daniil's head several times. Sure, Medvedev would have been frustrated, but if it kept going the way it had been, nothing Meddy could do, I guess. But I don't see this loss helping his motivation problem, nor the fact that we're going into the clay season.

It seems like neither can handle the pressure of being #1 because they've both had chances w/ Red out and they are completely bottling these opportunities. It's hard to break a skid. Both the #2 and #3 seems to be skidding right now.

I'll have to catch the repeat! This is not looking good! Carlos is losing his aura! Letting someone like Goffin to even compete w/ him shows a breakdown in his confidence! Is the pressure finally getting to him? I was gagged enough w/ upset of Daniil! Again the "Big 3" reign supreme avoiding many of these upsets that have become routine w/ today's elite! Y'all are hating on poor, sweet and gentle Nick, but let's not forget that he didn't play for two whole years and is about to turn 30. We should never have expected him to roar back to his 2022 form...at least he won a match in Miami, so that's progress.
