I love Roger. I love Roger for the player he is. I would be a hypocrite to say I didn't care about Roger staying atop the GS tally and winning the GOAT debate against Nadal. I certainly wish he did these things. :)

But, the main reason for my adoration of Roger is his style of play and legacy.

At least, outcome of the GS race between the two should not change this for me.
I noted on another occasion that you like Nad (or at least u'r impressed by him) so that I thought you were Nad fan.
Here you reveal u'r essentially a fan of the game itself (e.g. Fed's artistry) and the appreciation of its actors (and wishing them well) comes only as a second priority. That's a healthy attitude that I also share more or less.

The extra answer is: Gstaad 2004, where young Fed received a cow for his effort. That's because it's his backyard; pathetically so, with the cow that's he's not able to understand not to mention care for. Nad would not come there as he would feel uneasy with fanatic Fed fans.booing him. EDIT: Fed returned there in his poor year 2013 (when he lost to Stakhovsky and felt emptyhanded with no wimby campaign) to receive another cow (!) but he lost the first match according to his form.
The final bit is surprising: Stuttgart went for Nad multiple times 2005 2007 2015 where Fed has been also playing many times and did not succeed despite surface & culture and language & fans being closer to him than to Nad. Very strange inversion. It's like if Fed won e.g. Rome but Nad did not.

Both your answers are correct. However, keep in mind that Stuttgart was played on clay until 2014. Starting from 2015 only it's surface was changed from clay to grass. But, Rafa won the inaugural edition. I am glad that you answered this question quickly as in a few days, the second question will have only one correct answer.

If you really want "Summa Cum Laude" honors, find a third answer to the first question.

Easy answer with a bit of net search: young Fed suceeded in Munich 2003. Same story as Gstaad where Nad would never come, also because he's busy in Spain at that time. A mature Fed left this tourney off his schedule as if answering Zverev's on court complain against Fed that I once heard: "Roger, why don't you let younger players enjoy some win too?". I think it happened during Hoppman Cup, the whole stadium laughed while Zverev predictably lost. So, here it is: Munich is left for Germans to dominate (complainant-Zverev himself and Kohl in recent years).

So happy that Nole has decided to play on grass despite his doubts after his loss in Paris.

I hope he will improve in those aspects of his game where he lacked couple of weeks ago and go far at Wimbledon.

I endorse what you say here for me.

However, I do maintain that I am a fan of Roger Federer and not Nadal. I have always been his fan only. It's more like I admire Nadal at most. I believe I can be a fan of only one player and that is Roger. But, that won't stop me from accepting what Nadal is as a player.

Hmm. I really hope Djokovic and Nadal are good enough to set up up a match with Roger this time.

Oh, dear. I was just going to say that Stan is in the draw at Queen's, and Murray has drawn Kyrgios first round, so it may be a short tune-up for him.

And Delpo pulled out
Sir Andy'll finally play Queen's club, very good news, hope to see him back in a decent shape
When I see him playing then I’m going to believe. By the way Queens has a very good draw

The Halle Draw is out . Fed has a much easier draw in comparison to that he got in Stuttgart.

He faces Bedene in 1R and then likely Paire in 2R.

Then he is likely to face three Germans (in their home court) in succession during the remainder of the tourney: QF vs. Kohly, SF vs. Thiem and F vs. Sasha. But, he should be able to handle them all.

Sorry, but those ultimate honours must stay with you. I'm unable to find the forth answer from ATP data available to me. I suspect the answer may involve a"trick", like includes some long forgotten Challenger tourney. But it should not count (as any virtual world "what if" or "by a different measure" does not count) because all stats on the top players descriptions on ATP site are from ATP matches only. Maybe DC and Olympics are also included there, i'm not sure, but those do not change the outcome of your honourable question. Either way, I've given up & waiting for you to reveal the answer that I hope comes from the real ATP world...

Oh, No tricks. We are dealing with ATP tourneys only.

Roger won Estoril, Portugal clay tourney, which was never won by Rafa.

Roger has won four different Clay tourneys that has never been won by Rafa and still nobody appreciates Roger's Clay Chops. :p

Obviously I want Fed to win but as long as dull doesn't win another slam I'm good. Let's hope RG 18 was his last slam.

Rafa will gladly fly Andy to Mallorca to practice at the Nadal Academy if he get dusted by wacky Nicky.

Indeed Estoril is a valid answer, thanks! But with a nitpick, that back in 2008 when Fed won it, it was called "Portugal Open" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portugal_Open
Because of the former tourney's bankruptcy, ATP does not keep the continuous record of those two, even though there is no technical reason not to. That's why I had hard time finding the answer "without internet". In a summary, your quiz shows how versatile Fed is, as he has found 4 different grounds where he inverted his nemesis' domination, while the opposite happened only twice and was just diminished to one inversion only.

I believe Estoril is the city and Portugal is the country and it has always been the same tournament.
