Thanks for the homework so far with my investigations Serena and Venus were ranked inside the top 5 in singles and doubles 2002 BTW it was the first time in WTA History occupied the Top 2 spots

Correct, following their RG SF against Huber/Medina Garrigues, Serena and Venus will climb WTA Doubles ranking ( June 2010) for the first time in their career, currently ranked No 1 and 2 respectively in singles, but will be joint doubles No 1
