I don't suppose I literally mean every person who stormed the Capitol, but I do mean the big fish, whether they were ever near that cop or not. Anyone who gets charged with a serious crime in this, and there should be many of them, should also be charged as an accessory to murder, imo.

I'm not disagreeing with that. They all should be charged with accessory or conspiracy to commit murder since the death happened during the commission of a crime. Most of them took off work to participate in this nonsense. 22 million people are looking for work, but these bozos take off to travel to D.C. to commit a felony that has no hope of changing the outcome of the election. They should all be relieved of their jobs so other people who want to work can be employed. But like I said, I can see some of them making deals to get the organizers. By the way, the guy from the photos who was carrying Pelosi's lecture podium got out on bond. Cuomo was interviewing his lawyer last night.

Folks.. .it looks like it's going to happen. The orange turd will be impeached today, all signs are that some Republicans in the house, possibly multiple Reps will vote to impeach and the numbers are growing in the Senate to convict. This is really the best option. Pence will get to be President for a few days and most important of all inauguration day will have a sitting President present at the swearing. That is immensely important. If this happens we can count on the GOP to do what it does best, they will close in and do their best to marginalise the orange turd. He won't have access to social media to spread his filth. Corporate America will follow suit and Cruz and Hawley.. if they have any sense will be in terrible danger of losing their seats. The Dems better get their act together and work to get that seat in Texas. They just might have a chance. I suspect that committed Trump supporters will not go out to vote for the next Republican candidate there. This is just stunning to follow. This election might just end up being what Democrats hoped it would be in the first place. I'm amazed!

When I saw the headline last night that McConnell would be in favor of impeachment, I knew it was all over for Trump. As someone put it this morning, McConnell is already plotting how to get back in power. As he sees it, Step One will be to finish off Trump while he’s vulnerable.

I heard one of them on the House floor talking about unity. What unity have they promoted since the election. I find the blatant hypocrisy so stunning. But I fear that there will be some gullible Americans who'll hear that and buy the BS

There are plenty of Americans who will recognize their talking points from conservative media, and they're already primed to believe it, plus hearing what they want to hear. But I know conservatives amongst my crowd for whom what happened last week went WAY too far, and they favored impeachment.

"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that swine flu infected nearly 61 million people in the United States and caused 12,469 deaths. Worldwide, up to 575,400 people died from pandemic swine flu. "

Chances are that coronavirus won't cause this many deaths but the hype about it has been so much greater because the American media scum happen to hate the president who is in power while it is happening and they want to take Trump's economic argument for re-election away from him.

I'm reposting this because in the United States alone we are within sight of 400,000 deaths and.... Just saying...

Very interesting that over here Sky News showed Trump's recorded farewell speech. It's interesting that the likes of CNN and Fox News didn't even bother showing it. All seem to be focused on Biden landing at Andrews. It's like he's already a distant memory

I wouldn't be surprised if that poster was part of the insurrection on January 6. I knew his right wing extremists thoughts was just a symptom of really the underlying problem in the USA. However, this is the country we live in and it isn't going to change anytime soon.
