Two matches with upset potential tomorrow are the following.

1. Deliciano vs. Medvedev. -- The only reason this has upset potential is because Med was having cramps today and he has to play againt tomorrow with no day for R&R.

2. D-Minor vs. Samurai --- They have never played before and Special K cannot overpower D-Minor and so D-Minor will give a fight and if it is glassikori on the other side, minor will have a major victory.

I definitely agree with De Minaur having a good chance. I hope it is a case of him actually winning and not injury. I think Medvedev will come through. I thought he was going to lose but he did really well fighting through the cramps in the fourth. He also won’t play until at least 8:30 which will help.

Federer v Evans will be tough for Roger the way he's playing. Evans is a decent player no matter how well Federer is playing but right now, he becomes even tougher. Unless Roger shifts up a few gears, a loss here wouldn't surprise me. Nadal only scraped past Evans in Montreal and was set point down in the first set.

Before disappearing for my weekend, I need to throw my favourite upset (1 day in advance):
Rublev def Kyrgios (perhaps Kyrgios deliberately losing by default)
An upset on paper (based on ranking difference) but for me it would not be a surprise. Based on his current form, Rublev won't be a technically easy opponent so Kyrgios is likely to experience frustrations during the match, so Kyrgios might even want to cut it short. Rublev just needs to concentrate on his game & do not pay attention what the clown is doing when not hitting the ball. The ultimate outcome depends on who is umpiring, but I wish Ramos would umpire in which case default is very likely.

He will need cramps in 84% of his muscles and 53% of his brain to lose this. Anyway Lopez will S&V full time and that will play in to Medvedev's hands. He has a small chance of pulling it out but I actually doubt it.

Roger learned his lesson from the first 2 rounds and came out early to smoke Evans in sets 1 & 2! With upsets & Nole's probable WD or (ret.) due to arm issue, Roger has every incentive to get "on the stick" to save his record lead in major wins!   :ptennis:

Köpfer pulled off the upset. I never heard about this guy before and out of nowhere, he is in R4.

No reason to call Berrettini a "peasant." You're getting gross with that word, and borderline Salvini.

Rublev will play Berrettini next round and so, if I were referring to him I would not have said if they meet. o_O

The only potential upset for today is Man beating Nole.

Nobody knows how serious is ND's shoulder issue etc and that is the reason for the possibility combined with multiple wins of Stan against Nole in big stages.

Having said that the bookies give Novak 1/5 odds leading to about 83% chance. IMO that is way too high percentage than the actual reality.

Thanks Moxie as I am Italian I find that comment ignorant and disgusting to say the least

Agreed on this upset. I'd even put some money on it if I cared (I don't) because punters seem to be anti-experts and don't understand what's cooking here while applying the ordinary stat inference only in their odds.
But there is a potential for one more: "D-Minor" def Dimitrov. How about this one? Or do you think it would not be an upset?

Why too high?
Novak is the better Player, in better form and showed way more better results than Stanislaus .
The injury is not that serious, listening to sick groupie Miss Carol, it’s all fake. She is completely obsessed of that cow peasant.

Under the current circumstances, D-minor defeating Grigor would not be an upset.
Alex is ranked 38, Grigor 78.

Nah, he meant Nadal. I was giving him grief. But it's still ignorant and disgusting. Darth started it and Bonaca uses it too. I guess because they themselves are such classy fellows by comparison?
