And Cato is the inspector Clouseau's chinese servant in Pink Panther movies who attacks his boss all the time out of nowhere to keep him alert.

We should use the proper latin names so people can refer to the originals: The "Rosea Pantherae" and "Viridi et Crabrones" by classic authors Versuvicus and Strimbiolicus.

Yeah, Bruce Lee's "Kato" was spelled with a "K" in the "Green Hornet!" :yesyes: :p   :ptennis:

Not in the classic Roman Original from the III century BC. Check my above post for the correct reference.

I'm pretty sure the spelling is "Cabrones." Though you are correct about the K in "Cato." Bruce Lee had a huge following in the early 280-270 BC, with a huge resurgence in the 1960s-70s AD. BTW, the one who got shot making a film was his son.

(seriously) But Bruce Lee's character in his last movie (which is himself) was shot dead while making a scene of a movie within the movie (he died during the production), and later on his son died in real life exactly like that.

It gets really fun in here sometimes. Latin is too mainstream, ancient greek is the real deal.

Had latin 2 years in high school, was good at it, but as almost everyone forgot all in a few months. Now probably the only term I use is vice versa when I find some wires connected other way around.

We are not talking mainstream Latin here. It is the street Latin, right from Via Appia, the Latin you would use to get some papirus and some viriditas to get really altum.

 I miss the sticky green days. It's the nature of my job that stops me from doing it like before (bake and wake). I hope to be high more often as a pensionista.

I have a feeling that Goffin might get Federer or at least push him for a lengthy five setter also Stan will trouble Djoker

especially if Nole has s shoulder injury, not a good sign for him. Stanimal's a dangerous guy, Nole needs to be in top form to beat him

Depends on which Stan shows up, if an average one, a crippled Djoker probably gets him anyway. But an actual Stanimal? he would out hit top form Djoker, no matter how he plays.

I project Struff to oust Isner today (and stick with D-Minor taking out C-Garin, a leftover from yesterday).

Yeah so.... have I missed something? Is Dan Evans.... good? Like I thought he was in the "trying to stay top 100" tier. But he's dealing with Pouille like it's a day in the challengers. I mean. I'm not crazy right. He's had injuries I think. But even when he didn't. He's never been solid. Is Pouille injured?

Kudla, after eeking out 2 7-5 sets is about to donate the third set love-6. Lajovic better on the clay. Not surprised Kudla is playing well enough to deal with him.

But back to Evans. I had him losing in the first round to Mannarino. And he dealt with him routinely in 4 sets. I was surprised them. Pouille is another animal though. Just surprising.

Pouille is a headcase, though.

Evans completes the upset and will face Federer. He just have to figure out how to take two sets of the last four. That's all.
