Your loss if you have not watched Berrettini before. He is a complete player while Rublev is one trick pony, killing it or not. Berrettini has 3 titles, Rublev 1.
Watch and learn!

He's got a ways to make a difference in the grand scheme of things babe! I'm more concerned about Nole dropping so many points! I didn't expect him to defend, but this was a very early exit! The #1 ranking is coming into play since he has so many points to defend this Fall! He might have to let the ranking go to save his arm! He shouldn't even warm up teammates at that silly "Laver Cup" event! Djoker should lay low until maybe Paris; totally skip the Asian swing of the tour and end it at the YEC with a 6th title to secure #1 over the long dead period until the AO! I don't like "yahoos" winning such a prestigious event even though it happens periodically! Nothing was more bizarre at the time than Davydenko taking the title in '09 over Fedalovic; Nadal dropping all 3 of his RR matches!

You seem to be inconsistent moaning Novak's loos now, because you actually predicted his loss against Stanimal...
Your advice to your idol is (emphasised above) is spot on: he's approaching the age where Fed started "saving" himself, even taking half year sabbatical when needed to heal. Joker should learn an off-court lesson from a serious master...

As the main USO thread is closed, I am posting it here. Moderators can feel free to move it to some other place if deemed more appropriate.

With just eight men standing, and more importantly with Novak leaving, here are the latest odds. Most important thing is that now Ralph has better chances than the field.

Contenders:

1. Ralph 10/11 ~ 52.38%
2. Fed 2 ~ 33.33%

Pretenders:
3. Man 12 ~ 7.69%
4. Medvedev 14 ~ 6.67%

Honorable Mentions:

5. La Monf 28 ~ 3.45%
6. Matteo 50 ~ 1.96%
7. Baby 66 ~ 1.49%
8. Shortman 80 ~ 1.23%

You cheapen these lists by using nicknames. It looks as if they’re your odds, not an actual bookie’s odds.

Kind of surprised by the odds there. They are definitely giving Federer a much better chance of being upset than Nadal. If it comes down to that final I'd imagine bookies will have close to a pick em

@mrzz, I think you may have outdone yourself, and that's a high bar.

This would be the biggest upset of the tournament if injury is not involved.
Hard to imagine.
You mean on the men side, I suppose. Because "the tournament" includes women. And the upset of an unheard teenager, first time in the main draw, defeating Serena, is definitely bigger than no5 defeating no2 in men's final would have been.

Of course men side, what else is this thread about.
