^ I can't get into the show anymore and haven't been too intrigued by the new season. Sure, Carrie is nuts and entertaining, but (spoiler)

They have pretty much killed/written off all of their characters. They are trying to push forward Quinn's story as a damaged agent with a hard-on for Carrie and it's kind of dull. Saul is certainly more involved now this season (without giving anything away) and it seems like this is the only thing they could do to keep him relevant. All in all they ruined the show IMO. They are making this season better than I expected yet it still isn't gripping by any stretch.

Quinn definitely have a distinct hard on for Carrie, it's very reminiscent of a high school boy who is experiencing puberty :laydownlaughing

I thought saul was a double agent, or something? Wasn't that the stinky fish they dangled in front of us after series 2? Then he wasn't. What about Salieri, he came in whistling a merry tune, is he still in it? Strange characters. Your synopsis sounds entertaining, A-P, but I'm kinda like Darth here, in that they broke the trust: I loved the first series but they went to exceptional lengths to annoy me.

The missus sometimes asks if we're going to watch it, but I make sure she has plenty to do in the kitchen the same time it's on... :snigger

Hey AP,

Without going into spoilers, I just thought it was silly the way they had Carrie thinking one thing, but the reality was another.

I agree. Last night's was much better. The multiple plot lines are finally coming together nicely.

Didn't see last night yet but I will say that the season is building up and has exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. I'm officially semi-intrigued.

One of their best ever. Awesome twists and turns. And that ending! I can't wait to see how they resolve this.

I know they made a mess of the show last season, but you guys who aren't watching this season are missing a tremendous reboot of the original concept.

Anyone watching Gotham? As a huge fan of the Batman universe, I'm enjoying the show and its someone unique, non-Batman-centered take.

Time to admit that I was wrong in regards to Homeland. It has turned out to be great and there figures to be more fireworks before it's all said and done. After a disappointing end to season 2, a beyond stupid season 3, and a slow beginning to this season I had all but given up on it.
