I have never seen so many people happy about that exit. I guess all credit due to Actor.

I don't know the seasons, but I agree, it got better as it went along. The cast and their characters really found their groove. I was disappointed with the finale, but that's normal. I think anything after the first couple of seasons was just inch perfect.

Is anyone else watching this show?! I kept hearing about it the last couple of years but I finally started watching it on a online site from the first episode about a month ago and I AM HOOKED! The Red Wedding left me in shock for a couple of days and just everything about the show is so full of past history, mystery, secrets and surprises. Seriously thinking of getting the books now. Anyone else here watching the show? And if you've read the books, no spoilers please!

Welcome Kirijax, I watch the show religiously and have read the books up until the 4th season (so I'm through half of book 3). I am not much of a reader but the books are phenomenal as you would expect. They are long but they don't drag aside from parts of book 2. The show follows the books closely but you'll notice some differences here and there.

Yeah, a few big fans of the show on the forum. Much like yourself, I got hooked after a couple of episodes and caught up watching the first three seasons in the space of days.

Great show and enjoying season 4. Just bought the first book too.

I like the way the characters aren't black and white good or evil (other than horrors like Joffrey!) - even the worst ones have some redeeming features and vice versa.

Before I watch the show, it always feels like I'm getting ready to sit down for a steak dinner. Same feeling. I know it's gonna be GOOD.

I'm pretty pumped too AP. Given that it is only 12 episodes and is likely a brief 1 or 2 season comeback I'd imagine it will be crazy amounts of action and Jack's kill count might reach astronomic levels.
