^ Yeah probably a better idea alright. I still haven't even watched the 4 seasons of Spartacus either! Mortal Kombat Legacy series 2 is out now as well. Looks pretty good.

You can watch the 2nd series of MK Legacy in one or two sittings on Youtube. It was good. Not as good as the first, but still good. Some episodes stand out more than others (the Kenshi episode for example, as well as Scorpion/Sub Zero), and I actually like the different direction they took with Liu Kang. While it's a bit cliche in the general sense (grieving train-wreck hero who needs to get his life together after the loss of a loved one), it's a change of pace from another cliche (the Shaolin monk martial arts expert who saves earth).

Yeah, the episodes are all very short. Big fan of Michael Jai White and Mark Dacascos so I like the series. Must check out season 2 and definitely both you and Darth are right, I should start watching GOT now. Didn't realize so many more seasons were in the pipeline.

I'm not a big fan of TV. I like Castle and The Blacklist which are on opposite of each other. So I record them. I also like Rizzoli & Isles.

Prepare to do nothing but hum the intro music in your spare time.

Yeah nice theme tune alright although my favourite tv theme is still probably the old Crossbow series about William Tell. The main tune by Stanislas Syrewicz was class. Loved the show as a kid but sadly it's only on VHS in most countries although some episodes are on youtube in reasonable quality. Some very good quality non English prints exist. Wish they'd release it in English in high quality transfer though but they probably never will at this stage. Info about the series here http://www.williamtell.nl

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0140731

Here's the theme tune to Crossbow anyway.

I know many of you guys do not like reality shows.

But tomorrow sat Mar 8 @ 6:00 pm on VH1 there

is a show coming on titled " The Fabulous Life Kim and Kanye "

This is something you just have to see. The things

and amounts of money these 2 spend, and what they spend

it on will amaze you. Imagine a facial at the beauty salon

where they use real Gold. And toddler Baby North has her own

little Lamborgini. Not even a year old and she will have a 5 room

suite in the house with live in servants.

$1000 a day for Kim to look beautiful

Has to be seen to be believed

Yet another trailer for Game of Thrones. I have to assume it's the last one as we are now less than 4 weeks away.

The True Detective finale was excellent. Perfect conclusion to an impeccable show. Can't wait for S2, even with the new setting/characters and all.

I've never looked forward to a show anywhere near as much as this one. It is going to be epic.

I'm looking forward to it too.

The only drawback is that every time I see Dinklage, I have flashbacks to this scene:

Anybody watching Line of Duty on BBC2? Seriously, this show is as great as any American cop shows, which is saying something, since the Brits usually offer us murder as parlour game, or the Merry Murders of Midsomer.

Line of Duty has the cops investigating their own. We're on series two - and we're still no clearer on who's setting up who, who done what and who didn't. There are dodgy cops galore, but it never gets ridiculous. The highpoint of last nights ep was a 17-minute scene where a top policeman was interviewed by the main detectives over his involvement in corruption, underage sex and conspiracy. The script was tighter than two coats of paint, the turnarounds and revelations were spectacular, and it left us with another twist in the tale, until next week.

I thought the first series was amazing, but they've topped it here. Written by Jed Mercurio, who wrote the best hospital drama I've seen, Bodies...

^ Just saw the first 2 today and similar reaction. I really enjoyed the 1st season and it seems they've really picked up the pace in season 2.

The Networks used to be such a staple for me; not anymore! Besides sporting events, I rarely even surf past those lower channels besides watching old faves; "Law & Order: SVU" & "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation!" After they're gone, I'll keep up with repeats on cable! It's so hard to relate to pop culture and their icons; don't watch any of them! I don't know anything about "House Of Cards, Breaking Bad, The Wire," or other current premium cable fare! Total news junky here and subsist on CNN, MSNBC, FNN, & CNNHLN outside of my extensive video collection of movies, episodes of "Doctor Who, Blake's 7, & Earth: Final Conflict!"

My bro has been recommending Black Sails (2014). Sounds good and to quote him: "pirates, tits, blood and action." Sounds like I'd like it so must check it out :D

Began to watch True Detective. Excellent so far. four eps in. Matthew McConnaughey continues to astound. But he talks so low, you can't chew while watching or you won't hear him. Can't even breathe, or his voice is drowned out. Now, that is a little bit irritating...
