I guess it's subjective... the greatest players ever... I think you need at least six slams to figure in the Top 20... and that figure will only increase.

Andy has a real opportunity here.

he has to be able to capitalize.

same can be said of roger of course. no djokovic = opportunities for others

luck sides the most with those who are most prepared.

injuries side with those who cant stop vacationing and who just wont bother with practice and the crucial work on fitness.

there is no such thing as a greatest player ever. there is such a thing as the greatest player ever on a particular surface.

6-8 slams should make one an all time great.

Andy has this in the bag.

Berdych is not consistent enough to deal with Andy.

Andy in 4 sets.

this is a done deal.

Andy is too consistent for Milos. also Andy has done this before. this is his 3rd wimby final.

Milos will be overwhelmed.

I'd actually go with Andy in 3. It's not over yet, but you did call this one for Murray a long way back. You get props for that.

andy fights without a dominating forehand but he still has a formidable game.
it is just not formidable enough for djokovic.

so he had to be ready and I saw very early on the progress he was making on the red clay. he had to be ready to capitalize on his opportunities and so far he has done just that.

his great strides on the red clay have served him well at Wimbledon.

he is patient, composed, and he is doing some problem solving out there.

I am still not happy with his serve.

his return will get him into the points against milos. milos may be hard to read at first and may even steal the first set.

by then andy will have his teeth into the match.

finally andy is also ready with his fitness. he has been working hard on the fitness front. that gives him the edge he needs.

Do you have a chance to catch your breath between those sentences, because it seems like a lot of heavy breathing. Speaking of which, how are the ribs?

Now you know why we called it a resurgence.

He is just getting warmed up.

lendl had nothing to do with this.

andy has been working hard on his game and even harder on his fitness long before he asked lendl to sit in his corner again.
