Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Since I shared Delaney's donkey a bit since I won't bother sharing it again but I'll share another Val Doonican song which is also Irish & humourous.
I would share others but I'm sharing on Scots/Irish music instead. I love Scots/Irish music especially that played on bagpipes which are my favourite instrument but some people can't stand. My favourite Irish songs are Delaney's Donkey, Galway Bay, Galway Shawl, Molly Malone, the Fields of Athenry & when Irish eyes are smiling.
I've been trying to find the name of 1 that's about Connemara but isn't the Connemara cradle song/lullaby. I know I've got it on C.D. but just can't think of the name of it to share. I can only remember the bit about Connemara because if I ever go to Ireland that's whereabouts I'd like to go to see all those Connemara ponies running wild & free & the fact I just love equines so anything related to them just sticks.
