Any gamers on the boards?

I've moved the Games Room into it's own area and we now have sections for Xbox, Wii, Playstation, PC, Apps, Forming clans ..etc

Might take a while to get to get going.
I'm a gamer :D old school one so i prefer pc.... with some of the guys here we started playing SoF2 and had lots of fun especially with Betty, we played some 1 vs 1 matches with Javi too, I can give a description of that game later in the gaming section and maybe more people will be interested, it's really fun not just as a shooter game but as a party game for adults....... the average age of the gamers there is around 27 but there are some people around 50 too :D there are many real life USA, Swedish and israeli soldiers playing it too:D....... the best thing about it is that it has the most stable player base and we have our own master server and all:cool: so the game is immortal, unlike other shooter games out there it's unreal explosive and has unique features like both 3rd and first person views :D ok i'll tell more in the gaming section........

ofc I'm still following the new games that are coming out.... it would be great to play a few matches together with the people from the board:D

Not the same thing as the games y'all are discussing immediately above, but any fans of backgammon or sequence? I like those two, as well as chess and checkers.

I like sequence. It's fun.

I'm also into the card game pinochle. I prefer four-handed, but also enjoy three-handed.

I used to love chess as a kid, played some on FICS too but nothing beats otb chess:D long games cause those are the most instructive, blitz imo is not good for learning at all...... nowadays I'm a bit too stressed and impatient for it though:s

Never played backgammon, but used to play a bit of chess and chequers (draughts as it was called in the UK). How do you play sequence?

Tennis fans, I have something important to tell you, we have always known MTF owners Verticalscope have been into fraudulent advertising and other fishy stuff, now they took it a step further...... MTF users got messages that their accounts on MTF got locked for some minutes cause someone was trying to log into them, also some of them got spam in their private message folders, I tracked down the IP address and this is what I got:

IP: 113.212.70.240
Decimal: 1909737200
Hostname: 113.212.70.240
ISP: Xeex Communication
Organization: Xeex Communication

Geolocation Information

Country: United States us flag
Latitude: 38 (38° 0′ 0.00″ N)
Longitude: -97 (97° 0′ 0.00″ W)

Tennis fans, this means Verticalscope accounts are crackable to this spam source and probably many others and they can fish for your personal info too, get to a safe and clean, non-Verticalscope forum as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't those guys run several boards? I guess they've got some work cut out to plug up some holes.
It's much worse than that, they had malware and other dirty things many times on their boards, they are cooperating with the developers of dirty stuff......

Pinochle is great.

When you play cutthroat (three-handed), do you have a kitty?

And with four-handed, do you play double or single deck?

Video game wise. I have a ps3 but I have not played it in 3 months as I have been traveling:mad:. I play mostly first person shooters and Topspin 4, along with occasional other game types. But like I said, I haven't played video games in months.

Other games I love are rummy and catan. I also have some friends that I play this strategy game with via e-mail called diplomacy, which is similar to Risk without the element of chance, so all moves are based in negotiation and duplicity. I have become obsessed.

Nadal/Robredo was an annihilation.

BB is right. It's was worse than what the score indicates. In other words, you didn't miss a thing. :) Same goes for Djokovic/Granollers.

Yes, three cards.

Double! That's a lot of fun.
