The 'troll' made a tennis comment. You dragged in the sentiment and the kids, and made the implication that Nadal has more time on his hands. It was totally below the belt and you deserved my retort. Don't go "holier than thou" on me. You trash-talk all the time, so don't get squishy when you get push-back.
What was exactly totally below the belt in your opinion?
And why do you think Nadal do not spent more time with tennis than the two fathers?

Ah you call that a comment. Ok.
For you saint it is trash talk, for me it is adapting to the level of the others.
Let me say, you sit on a high horse Moxie. You feel the need to defend other Nadal “fans” despite being idiots and freaks. Fine.
I didn't defend anyone, I just told you off. I'm not sure what high horse I sit on while stooping to your level. You were using children as leverage in response to a trollish tennis comment, which I thought was cheap.

It is kind of philosophy, to repay the same with the same. With words and also in real life. That’s what I do, react to other bullshit because of their first step. Same I did with Retardo and this homophob term I used for him.
But your intention and motivation is something different. I hope you understand what I mean.
Of course all of this is cheap, when not looking at the whole context/history behind it.

That's not completely true, now, is it? You come up with "Fake German" and "Fake Swiss" out of your own volition. And make nasty comments about Nadal and his shorts and his fingers unbidden by anyone. That's not pure reaction, giving kind with kind. You should own that.

Your presumption that people who don't have children spend less time with friends and family, and on their concerns, for one. And your notion that Novak and Roger spend less time training than Rafa does because they're so busy being fathers. That's what I consider below the belt. The implication that rich men with lucrative careers spend less time on them because they have children is laughable.

I was meaning personal insulting. Show me one example where i offend a forum member first? I was called everything and reacted to that on their low level. That is what i meant.
Fake German and Swiss?? Whole different theme. The Nadal behavior is a fact, and i said that is one part of him i dislike. What the hell has this to do with my post?

I have the feeling this child-familiy stuff is something i should not discuss further with you. I apologize if offending you with this and will stop immediately. Do me the same favour.

Fine, but the post you were responding to said only this:

"With RG and USO still possible for this year, here are the tallies for those 2 slams:

Nadal - 12 + 4 = 16
Federer - 1 + 5 = 6
Djokovic - 1 + 3 = 4

Basically both Federer and Djokovic wouldn’t mind if these slams get cancelled while for the clear favorite GOATdal it would be a huge loss."

What about that needed you to get into their personal lives? And where was the personal insult in this? There was none, even on your part. You took it to a different level and you should just own up to that. You got very touchy when I called you on it. Now you act like I'm offended. I'm not. I'm just saying it's a horseshit argument and a trollish distraction. I wouldn't have responded to that post at all. But if you were going to, it would have been much more interesting to have made a tennis-based argument.

I am sorry you cannot sleep.
I am having right now barbecue with my family, chicken with Mexican salad. I would like to invite you:).

I told you my answer had a background, this troll wrote lot of stuff about Novak and asked me not to answer any posts of him. I did and ask him for the same. He or she started to answer my posts again. I told you this is not about this particular post, and I still do not know why you have to jump in.

I am glad you are not offended, had such feeling.

This post of nadaltroll is no tennis based one, it’s bullshit like almost everything from her or him. I do not see the need to answer bullshit with a tennis based argument.

This is very kind of you, Bonaca. I ate some Mexican food for lunch and thought of you. :) (BTW, what is your "Mexican Salad" recipe?)

As to the Nadal trolls, maybe you remember Broken asking Front why he keeps responding to them. I told you I wouldn't have responded to that post, myself. It was so obvious why it was there. Just ignore that crap. I think it was GameSetandMath who used to have a signature to the effect of: "Don't argue with fools because an onlooker might not be able to tell the difference." I like you, and I like your somewhat "rough" style, in the same way I liked Darth's. You like a bit of a dust-up and so do I. It's fun. :rose:

One of my friends has seven kids so he is greater and better than Djokovic and Federer combined.

You are always welcome Moxie, I really mean this. If you ever came near to „mi barrio“ , please let me know.
It’s my favourite salad currently. A mix of cooked azuki beans, avocado, corn, cucumber and green paprika. A bit salt and olive oil (self production from my father in law), that’s it. I don’t eat meat for about a year and I am sugar free for over 4 years now.

You are absolutely right about the trolls and idiots out there. I just couldn’t resist at times.
Thats a very good line from GSM.

I also like you, feeling honesty in your posts.

I spent some significant time abroad as part of a minority. Was lucky to be good at school and financially not dependent from the locals. But it shapes you. I always liked fighting and go to places where it could be painful ;) .

Thanks for the recipe! And be careful about the invite...I will look you up if I'm in "tu barrio." I have met in person a couple of the old posters over the years. Likewise, do let me know if you ever find yourself in NYC, when this cloud lifts. We'll get a beer together. Meantime, dukes up...I'm ready for you. :boxing::yahoo:

French Open 2020 has once again changed its dates amid the coronavirus pandemic. The event was supposed to start September 20,it will now start on September 27 and conclude on October 11.
"Le Parisien" saying the request came from the ATP/WTA so it's part of the tour rescheduling that they are planning.
However the qualifying events for French Open 2020 will begin on September 21.

Nice to know that the PTB it seems are hoping to salvage some of the tennis season...

Cancel Wimbledon and play Roland Garros on grass. Nobody is doing maintenance in the courts anyway, they would be all overgrown, full of weed (not that weed).

Nah, we just keep him in memory. He said that if Rafa caught Roger we'd never see him again, and I suspect the double-insult of Roger losing Wimbledon and Rafa winning the USO made it too close for comfort. Which is too bad. I miss him.

Novak and Roger have more important things to do. Care about their families.
Nadal can focus on his neurotics what clearly helped him through his career. Every autistic person has at least one thing he can do very well.
Neurotics? more neurotic and weird person than Novak? al least Nadal makes his 'rituals' in front of everybody while Novak is doing behind and who knows how and what kind........
