Novak Djokovic's Vaccine Stance & Visa Troubles

so here we have it folks....

It's not about his medical exemption anymore..

or his errors in checking travel box incorrectly on his visa application

NOPE...government gave up on arguing deporting him on these grounds.

So now, and i'm still trying to make sense of this as its' pretty unreal, it's about him being a high profile public person who is anti-vax and that he may present some sort of danger to public safety and he could spread the anti-vax sentiment. OMG! I just saw the 3 judges and 4 lawyers go back and forth on this. Arguing whether Novak is a threat to society or not.

So, here's what's just f UNREAL. If government gave up on trying to argue the medical exemption was invalid or that his visa app had errors, they have JUST ADMITTED THEIR ORIGINAL DECISION WAS INVALID, SHOUlD'VE NEVER HAPPENED! It's beyond belief...

so now judges are going to decide this on whether they think Mr. Djokovic presents a danger to Australia as he may champion the ant-vax movement. We will see but this sounds like a crazy argument to make by the government. The problem is, the judges are well aware of Australia's mess surrounding covid and may deport him as they may be reluctant to keep Djokovic in Australia and provide a big blow to the government, making the fiasco more of a fiasco.

The government has just invalidated their original decision and now moving on to new reasoning - Djokovic cannot be allowed to stay as he may lead the ant-vaxxer movement!!!!!!!!! really?

The Chief Justice even suggested the decision could go into tomorrow.
