I don't think they are going to win that argument. What about the basic grounds, that everyone could get behind, i.e., that his visa wasn't valid? What about even Novak's lawyers admitting that his medical exemption application was "tardy." (Their words.) What about making a false sworn statement as to his travel 14 days prior to arriving in Australia? This is not only a stronger case, it's one that people can get behind, pro or con. Straightforward visa issue. This nonsense about public health risk is not going to win either the day, or the battle. And ND's lawyers have already kind of taken it down. I know the Lloyd has about another hour to go, after the break, but if he doesn't come up with something compelling afterwards, he's lost his case.
