I found a link to the court proceedings on youtube, and I am watching (paint dry,) but when I try to post, it comes up as "live stream is no longer available." Youtube says that 41K+ people are watching. There may be a limit.
Exactly what happened remember with the first court case,my link went in and out.

PS: I was wrong before, it seems that Novak is watching from his lawyers offices.

My link is so far, very stable, unlike the other day. They must have realized what would happen and bought some more bandwidth. ;)

ND lawyers are countering the Gov's argument that ND's presence could excite "Anti-vax sentiments," with the argument that expulsion of him could excite same.

That’s a poorly thought out argument: “yer honour, we oughtn’t punish the wrongdoer in case people get upset…”

ND lawyers are working at chipping away at all the precedents that Hawke has cited. This is all procedural and nothing about legality of ND's submissions.

This is why we have to hope the court is going to examine the validity of the reasons for his actual visa, and does he have valid reason to be in Australia. This is what his lawyer's are arguing right now...that the minister has abandoned questioning that, in favor of the new tack against public threat. If so, I don't think that is good.

They do mention that the government has said that the exemption documents were "tardy." However, it seems that the government has found a lot, according to ND's lawyers, perfectly acceptable. Hard to tell what they are exactly citing with documents in from of those of us watching.

Lots of citing of journalism sources on both sides, such as BBC, ABC and Guardian.
