Novak just got his clock cleaned by Ole Rog. Let's see what excuse Cali says about ole Nole getting taken to the woodshed and getting his ass spanking by da Rog
It's not like he's a Novak fan.

Thanks Roger, but it was enough, no more :good:
If you mean, that it was perfunctorily just enough to get the job done, I wholeheartedly disagree. If you mean, "enough playing so well, now don't win the tournament," I might get on board with that. :D

Yes they got injured in 4th round and QF which allowed Nadal to vulture USO (which ultimately helped him seal the YE#1)
Nadal's injuries have help them in several occasions too, for example USO 2018

"Vulture" is really such a troll word, isn't it? When presented with an opportunity, a player still has to step up to the plate. Did Federer "vulture" the French Open in 2009? No, he won it. And he almost lost it...Haas had a MP, IIRC. And del Potro pressed him. But he dug in and took his opportunity. Isn't that a legit win? You play who is in front of you. When other players don't make the cut, they have no claim to the title.

small consolation for Wimbledon but always satisfying to watching low talent pushers getting owned by shotmakers

What a Debbie Downer ! You and Front have officially ended the Truce and I am going to continue hope that Santa Claus puts a lump of coal into the Christmas stockings of some of Roger's asinine fans.

I don't think so. I do remember that Fed had to hit one mighty inside out forehand to save a BP in a set. If Fed was not able to save that BP, then Haas would have served for the match.

I won't be bothered to look it up now, but I'm sure you take my point. If Roger didn't "vulture" that RG, then neither did Rafa "vulture" this USO.

Reminds me of a line from a comedy I once heard: “If you’re going to be logical about this, then we can’t discuss it.”

Wow Fed really tossed Nole like an old rag. Well deserved as I can see. Novak needs to get angry again, it's when he produces the best tennis.

Tsitsipas finally delivering good tennis. Changes are on the horizon and will be really interesting to see who will be top 3 next year at this time.

Rafa states in his pressor that he didn’t have time to practice and train prior to his match vs Zverev.Moxie and all the rest of Rafa’s fans I apologize for implying that he was just there to collect a check..
