I never lost faith in Rafa. Only times he’s ever fallen away are injury related. Without injuries he’d have 3 more slams and at least two more years at YE#1…

Rafa will start his first rd match on Tuesday, probably a night match at the USO

Rafa took a break from practice at the USO to attend an event in NYC today at McEnroe's academy with kids from under-resourced public schools.

Rafa had a morning practice session with Matteo Berrettini, will have second practice session in the afternoon.
Rafa's second practice session is with his team, currently on court

Yes, Brad Gilbert said he got intel that Nadal didn’t need stitches, which at first they thought he may have needed.

Rafa will have a practice session on P1 today between 3-4pm before his match tonight against Gasquet

Gasquet has been playing some pretty good tennis. Rafa has to get out to a good start. It would do Rafa really good to get this match over in straight sets as he moves into the 2nd week which will definitely be a lot harder matches.
