Just finished watching Roger's match that I taped. Not too shabby for the first clay match of the season. Radek can be a handful sometimes. The shot of the match belonged to Radek though, an over the shoulder smash from the baseline that found the corner.

52 minutes court time will also help.

Posters yesterday were assuming Monfils will play next Novak. So far, it is not as clear, because Pablo Carreno Busta is up a set on le Monf

GG Lopez carries his good form from Casablanca over to MC and eliminates Dolgopolov:
6-1, 7-5

Monfils is a muppet. I think Nole will roll him too, if he makes it out of this latest mess...

Some non-believers got scared of Stepanek as he defeated Karlovic 6-1 and 6-2.

But, the Maestero beat Stepanek by exactly the same score line.

I can't believe you were worried about Gael, Herios! Nole would have ripped him down in less than straights...

Did I say I was worried? Not at all. I just mentioned that posters were taking for granted Gael will be next opponent for Novak. I am actually not scared by your boy either. I have a very good feeling this year as far as Novak is concerned.

My "boy" happens to be the greatest who ever scuffed runners on clay. ;)

But good for you being confident. You've every right to be, if we can base anything on Miami, or yesterday. Sorry for getting you wrong, regarding Gael, by the way. I thought you were gloating cos an obstacle had been removed. I totally agree, anyone gambling on Monfils is gonna die broke...

It was interesting too see that exactly no Nadal fan in this forum bothered posting after the MC final last year, so I wonder if the same thing will happen this year too.

If Nole wasn't injured I would bet my house on him, but the injury makes me wonder.

As others have already pointed out, this is just plain wrong. Why didn't you even take a minute to research this theory before posting it? You would have determined in literally less than a minute you were wrong. (And don't get me started on the breathtaking hypocrisy of you, of all people, admonishing others for disappearing when their favorite loses.)

Now, will you admit you were wrong about last year's MC final thread, or will you pretend none of this ever happened? Hmm ...

Looks like the Triple F managed to get through. Good for him.

Radek has been playing decent tennis recently, and he has a couple of clay wins against Roger. I am not saying he is the favourite or anything, but I will not be too surprised if he won. He has a match under his belt already and judging by the scoreline he must be feeling good.

Really?

See above.

Yes, Kieran as you see I got it from other boards.
