I can't believe you were worried about Gael, Herios! Nole would have ripped him down in less than straights...

I am actually not scared by your boy either. I have a very good feeling this year as far as Novak is concerned.

You literally say that every year. Though I think you're bound to be right eventually as Novak is too good not to win the FO. I did find the above post funny though since I saw a very similar post that you made in last year's thread when I was digging it up for my good friend Mastoor.

Looks like the Triple F managed to get through. Good for him.

Radek has been playing decent tennis recently, and he has a couple of clay wins against Roger. I am not saying he is the favourite or anything, but I will not be too surprised if he won. He has a match under his belt already and judging by the scoreline he must be feeling good.

Really?

See above.

Yes, Kieran as you see I got it from other boards.

Eh...I wouldn't call what Murat wrote "scared" but that's just me.

How did you get "scared" out of that though? Also, I am only a none-believer in the religious sense...I believe in Roger.

I doubt I said this "literally". So do me a favor and scoop it up so I can see it.

"Some non-believers".

That's plural. You haven't actually produced one, since it's hardly a scared post, now , is it? But don't worry, I was only yanking your chain, referring to another matter, as I'm sure you gleaned... ;)

Interestingly I see Federer's match was 1 second longer than Nadal's. Fed's match took 20 seconds and Nadal's just 19 seconds. See page 9 for anyone who missed both matches. Must be the aura kicking in again with these two winning before 1 minute had elapsed. Impressive.

If Rafa wasn't tugging his hole and fixing his hair and grimacing at the ballboys while collecting his two towels, his match would have finished in one second flat. Not that's impressive!

Murat, I don't have a problem with what you said. The problem in these boards is that
some people just want to argue over every samll thing, generating millions of posts over some
minor issue. I don't want this small thing to blow up to another 1000 posts to either.

I agree that you did not say Radek is a favorite etc. I also agree that it is good to have
some healthy fear (aka respect) for opponents. Let us leave it there.

All right, you probably did not say this literally. Unfortunately, this has no bearing on the monotony of it all.

Hey, I am cool

Radek can be a difficult guy to play against. That's all I was saying. I have seen him drive players crazy...and it wasn't just his sex appeal...:snigger

So, what if you said literally as well. You thought Novak will win and it did not happen.
There is no big deal unless you profess to have clairvoyant powers and I am sure you
don't profess such powers.

In Pakistan, they exhumed Benazir Bhutto's body out of the grave after 3 or 4 years
to reinvestigate the conspiracy behind her murder. All these scopping business reminds
me of that.

I never do that. I don't pretend to have such a vision. But BS statements are just many times arrogant and annoying therefore I had to ask him to prove it, because I am sure he will not be able to.
