No, he's beaten Federer for other reasons but that clearly helped a lot. It's no secret that all his stalling annoys opponents and then their games go to pieces. I just said above Kyrgios is a whiner but also he's correct regarding Nadal and anyone can see that. Except a few obviously.
Btw, there's not a lot wrong with what he said even if it comes across as whining due to a code violation.
"This game is biased as anything. You all know it as well. It's biased as shit, this game. What else has it got to hide? It's ruined. Absolutely ruined."
^ He's 100% right. Dopers given reduced sentences, some none at all, nobodies given the full ban or life bans in the case of match fixing, while the more famous/high profile players get next to no ban for doping offenses and the idiots buy their lies. Cowardly umpires favoring some players over others and who are too scared to upset the status quo by enforcing the actual rules. Umpires who let illegal coaching go on without penalty during matches. Silent bans, pathetic testing. They still only test the losing player 99% of the time. Hence how Sharadopa was caught. Here's proof for all of you blind enough to think tennis has good doping controls. Heather Watson was tested ONCE after winning and the rest of her tests her whole career were after she lost. How random is that?

Federer tested only ONCE in 10 years (!) at Dubai.

At least Roger wants samples kept for 10 years and wants them to be retroactively tested when anti doping technology improves. No one but him has asked for this so there's got to be a reason he wants it done. He knows there are cheats out there and he wants them caught. Notably it also means he's likely clean to be calling for such measures. Still though, the testing in tennis is beyond a joke so, yes, Kyrgios is 100% correct.
