I think Federer, Nadal, and Nishikori are almost shoe-ins for their quarters. Of the first quarter, I think Stan will beat Zverev, but then Kyrgios will beat Stan. So I think we'll have:

Kyrgios vs. Roger
Rafa vs. Kei

I wouldn't be surprised to see a Nick vs. Kei final.

Let´s see about del Potro. The forehand is a monster again. He had bad luck in the draws, and today I guess no one in the current field could have beaten Federer. I can almost bet del Potro will have his moments in this clay season (if no injury stands in the way, which in fact was your point, I guess).

Honestly I need to see Kyrgios beating a solid player like Goffin first. And if current form stands, Federer crushes Kyrgios just for the fun of it...

All the talk of Del Potro was playing better before makes no sense. Why? Because he played different opponents. Murray and Djokovic are nowhere near as aggressive as Federer so this result was totally predictable and inevitable. People who dislike Federer can't see that though 'cos their hatred blinds them.

Front..he called for a medical attention during the match..he was experiencing discomfort in his wrist.,no way his strokes had the same venom the prior matches.

Well, it's been a while since he's had great results much of anywhere, given the injuries, but he has been to the SFs of RG. That's a pretty good result on clay.

Delpo always has had much better results on HC than clay and It's a shame that he can't play so well like before because his wrist. He is trying to take care with his schedule (he didn't play AO) but even that I don't see too much improvement on him

Why all of them are playing tomorrow?
It's not a Major. Eventually, they all start playing on the same days, so they can finish up this weekend.

Then they'll have Wed,Thurs,Fri and the weekend to get the QF,SF and Final done. Seems a reasonable schedule for the players.
