Berd takes Johnson 6-3 6-7 6-3 and Dominic Thiem keeps the flag flying for the young guns by beating another youngster Nishioka 6-2 6-2.

Zeballos and Verdasco locked in a third set decider.

Zeballos and Verdasco into a deciding tie breaker. Good hold from Zeballos as he had to stave off a Match Point.

Today is much better, 82 degrees and 69% humidity comparing with yesterday 88 and 82 humidity, even we can feel a nice breeze

Meanwhile Troicki jumping over the net and hitting the ball on the opponent side lol

I'm sure that this little boy is missing Rafa already, many of us too!

That's what i was thinking that I can simply feel nice weather on the screen.

So what was that Rafa's "morning sickness" about in the end? Virus or what?

Well, I guess he had to try something... not a good day at the office for Victor.

Seems not a good year for him. I hope he will improve his form before Davis Cup, otherwise he will just waste No1e's time and energy.

It seems that he got dehydrated, he started to feel bad in the second set, dizzy and with vision problem and in the third set he thought that he went to faint and it was when he decided to retire before to get worse, or maybe it was some poison food, who knows

What are your feelings about Federer ? Do you think he will be back 100% ? He has never done so well in Miami, I'm wondering what are his expectations : playing few matches before the clay season or does he really think that he can win it ?

but didn't rogie pull out from this one? his back injury from preparing the bath for his kids?

aside from that -- it's really nice to know how devoted roger seems to be to his family. really nice.

anyway -- on his tennis -- i really don't see why - if not in this miami yet -- he can't be a serious factor for the year in any tournament.
it's not as if he forgot to play tennis in that masterful way of his and he's still very athletic in ways that can make any 20's player put to shame.

i'd love for him to continue to be right in there with his great rivals like nadal, novak, murray.

even if i can't really be called the adoring fan of roger over the years -- i can admit I DON'T want to see him go . he is always a pleasure to watch - whether rooting for hm or not. and he continue to provide a certin ''anchor" to the sport itself -- as a reminder of not just great , great tennis but of longevity at the highest levels.

Kuznetsov boys made me proud today, both Andrey and Svetlana. I cheered for Andrey for the first time two days ago when he beat Stan Tankin'ka and I liked him again against Manarino. I wonder if he can continue his run against Kyrgios/Smyczek winner. Kuznetsova beat Serena who wasn't her usual self today. Next is Dimitrov vs Murray, Go Grigor!
