He puts on the lens: All for "Juanki" (which has to be a nickname for Juan Carlos.) This is yours."

Sparks flying all around this kid. Can Ruud stop him? I don't think so. Ruud has a good game, but Alcaraz is a comet.

Carlos doesn't make a lot of errors so that's good and Ruud is very efficient am but he kinda waits for errors..

Yes, I think Alcaraz is the more aggressive, compared to Ruud.

Either way Ruud or Alcaraz, we will have another first time Masters 1000 winner and all within the span of a month. It’s exciting to see some new faces in the winners circle. I hope it continues.

Djokovic chose the wrong time to be stupid. He’s going to come back to a field of land mines when he is allowed to play a fuller schedule.

Is there ever really a good time to be that stupid? But still, he's going to come back rusty, and he's going to be surprised who all he has to worry about. Spoiler alert: it's not just the other top 3 guys.

I tried to stay up for the semi final but I had an all nighter at the hospital....I just finished watching the match

Have I mentioned 'the kid is special'?

I believe JCF will have a big smile on his face after Carlos making his first ATP 1000 final!

Fun Fact
Alcarac makes his first Masters 1000 final at the Miami Open, exactly as Rafa Nadal did in 2005

Vamos Carlos!

It's so odd to see these Masters events without Fedalovic nowhere in sight in consecutive years! Remember Hubert was defending until today! :shushing-face:

Hubi put up a good fight, though Carlos 'when it mattered' was just too good.

No, but when you are chasing numbers letting the rest of the tour play catch up and gain confidence is particularly stupid.
