Hurkacz wins the 1st set 76(7) looks like Medvedev will have to take the scenic route in 3 sets if he wants the win and reclaim the No 1 ranking.

No really it was close, Hubi was leading the t/break at one stage 3-1.....Med fought back.
Med has to play better if he wants to win the match.I am off for a run

Wow a lot of us thought that 2022 would be the year of Medvedev, Zverev and Tsitsipas but it's looking as if they might not be the "next big thing" after all... They just keep being disappointing...

Alcarez is playing out of his mind! Hubert will have to play with fewer UFE's on his FH to even come close! I'm proud of what's he's done so far!

The 'kid' is special he is the complete package,one thing he could improve on is his serve,though it is still good.
