Yes the Spurs continue to impress. The question now seems will age ever catch up with them?

Indiana is a team on a mission. They probably feel that they would've beaten the Heat last year if they had HCA and they might be right. They have likely made it a huge priority to secure it this year. Brooklyn has been dreadful and Chicago isn't too good thus far either.

Rose has another knee injury but I am not sure how serious it is. Indiana is an extremely dangerous team and they play the right way all the time. If they have home, I think Indiana can beat Miami.

Man, I hope Drose MRI comes back negative.

They are saying it is a torn meniscus and will require surgery. Awful news.

Crap...the guy cannot catch a break eh...Well, the good news I guess is a torn meniscus will not keep him out as long as the previous injury.

Yeah they are saying he is out indefinitely. I'm not sure what the time frame is for a fully torn meniscus. Usually they are partial tears that are treated with arthroscopic surgery and they could be back within a couple months.

I was just going to post the same thing about his possible proccedure so u are spit on. This is sad but I told u that this wasn't the year for the bulls. Maybe sit Drose down for the year, let the team fall to the bottom, and get a lottery player to help Drose for next year may be the best hope for the future of the franchise .

AP, the problem is (or the good thing is) Bulls are still a playoff team without Drose, so no lottery pick for them next year. They are in that tricky situation where they will not win the whole thing without Rose, but they will not totally suck either.

Exactly, they will be the same team from last year, and the players and coach have too much pride to tank. Unfortunate all around but they might still win a round in the playoffs

No No, you guys don't get it. Either you are very good or very bad,it's the only way to achieve success in the NBA,a playoff team with those slugs waiting to get pimped slapped by LBJ and Dwade instead of having a chance to get Wiggins or Parker, I will take the latter

AP, I get you...but Bulls are just not that bad. They will make the playoffs. Of course I would prefer to have a shot at the young studs in the lottery but it will not happen. Too much pride.

Murat, you recall what Marcellus Wallace told Butch (Pulp Fiction) in regards to "Pride"..

It'd be tough to tell any professional team to totally tank a year let alone a team like the Bulls that are all about effort, tough D and pride. It's just not going to happen. Tanks are for teams that are bad to begin with like the Bucks who can take it to the next level and be absolutely dreadful in hopes to get a high lottery pick. I am thrilled with how the season is going believe it or not, and I'm not in the minority among the fans here. Tanking is not for a team like the Bulls.

I do recall brother...pride only hurts;)...but still, Bulls have too much of it. Maybe if it was one man and it was boxing, it would be easier;)

The Bulls won't need to tank. They lose games from winning positions all the time w/ or w/o Rose. They will hang around the 6 or 7 seed and play spoiler for some borderline East team and then likely go out in the first round this year.

I don't get it man...I have seen players go back to what they were doing after a MONTH, after meniscus repair ! How come he is out for a year?
This sucks.

Think you might be referring to a partial tear with arthroscopic surgery. Full tear and major surgery will be a much longer recovery.
