Seeing as no one posted this I said I would. Murray though should stfu. Yes he was asked about it but his comments are a bit ridiculous, Odesnik is the only bad guy in tennis, blah blah.

http://www.tennis.com/pro-game/2015/03/odesnik-banned-15-years-for-2nd-doping-violation/54376/#.VQnzRuFVV0I

You need to read more closely before making such claims. At no point in this article does Murray state "Odesnik is the only bad guy in tennis."

Of course he doesn't but it's his tone of answers that comes across as ridiculous. He accused him of being a rat in the past after his first suspension was reduced for co-operating. Is he scared of something? As there were other tennis players involved in the Biogenesis scandal and training in one of the world's biggest drug centres (Miami) doesn't sit too well.

Of course he doesn't ...

Then why did you say he did?

Ben Rothenberg : Finally got the chance to ask Novak Djokovic about the ban of his past practice partner Wayne Odesnik.

I liked Mac as well but the feeling of invincibility had a lot to do with him being on steroids for 6 years! Goes to show roid rage is also far from a myth!

Now he had a very good explanation for that...

Yup. You can bet if they were "too strong for horses" they must've been pretty damn strong! No performance enhancement at all of course

Considering the average weight of a horse is 1100 pounds, I would have to agree.

Really? Quote from the article and show me where he said that. Don't worry, I have my popcorn, I have plenty of time... :popcorn

Why else would he tell them not to cheat unless it's obvious they already are.

I'd say read up more.

Either you didn't actually read the article, or you have deliberately misrepresented the Pope. At no point did he acknowledge there's a doping problem in tennis.

And where in this does it state there's a doping problem in tennis?

Exactly. We'd be waiting a while for a direct quote on that one, too... :cover

Honestly, you two are unreal. You mean to tell me you're both so naive to think that out of 185,000 dopers in Italy not one is a tennis player?! I give up.

Front, first you the sensationalistic, tabloid-journalism-level claim that the Pope has acknowledged there's a doping problem in tennis, when, in fact, the article makes no such claim whatsoever. That's libel. Then you cite some book on Amazon as "proof" there's doping in tennis, yet you can't back up that claim, either -- yet you're the one who cited it, not us.

So, who's unreal again?

Front, if you're incapable of providing proof to back up your claims, then don't post them.

And by proof, I don't mean stating people who disagree with you are unreal.

If you cite a book which supposedly backs up your claim that there's a doping problem in tennis, yet can't cite a single section which actually states that, then don't mention the book.

If you cite an article which supposedly claims the Pope says there's a doping problem in tennis, but can't point to any part of the article in which the Pope actually said that, then don't post a link to the article.

Tennis Frontier isn't going to serve as your platform for gossip and libel.
