It's 2020 and Front is STILL arguing with the 2 Nadal trolls. It's truly astounding.

Yes they're not worth replying to I agree. Just feel compelled at times to reply to some of the more insanely stupid posts.

hopefully Federer retires this year its not good for tennis seeing a 38 year old slowly more around court losing to scrubs who he would have easily beaten in his prime we seen that happed to players like ferrer berdych Tsonga its not good at all then players hang on to long.

Scrubs like Djokovic? Federer made the semis and your beloved supposed GOAT lost in the 1/4 finals. Now fuck off back to your Nadal fans thread. I didn't post a single thing slagging Nadal for losing against Thiem and just look at the bs the Federer fans have to read in the Federer fan thread from you. Once again, be gone muppet!

Hmmm this thread is about Federer not Nadal. Also sometimes I watch live comments from Federer fans and they put their own player down even more as soon as he starts losing or missing break points. So next time before judging other fan bases on what they should say about Federer please practice what you preach first. Btw Nadal will still be winning the French Open in his 50s so I don’t know what it has to do with Federer losing at 38. :smooch: :popcorn

was not talking about Djokovic being one of the scrubs players like millman seppi, Spanish tommy, anyway I will go back to nadal thread not because you told me to I already made my point that I don't want to see Federer at his worse take it as ripping on him if you want to.

He won't be playing when he's 50 ffs. I haven't posted anything in live comments about Federer 'cos I barely watched even 10 minutes of the whole tournament but that's good to know.

I’m talking about Fed’s matches in general not necessarily this tournament.

DarthFed should go and stick the following quote on Fed's Fridge so that he sees it everyday.

"Success is not owned. It is leased and rent is due every day.

Every single day someone is coming for your job. Someone is coming for your greatness.
If you are the greatest, someone wants to be the greatest. If you are not constantly improving
your game someone else is and someone wants to take your spot.”

Sad news for Federer fans:

Breaking news: Federer will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, therefore he will be OUT until the Grass season.

It means he won’t able to play competitive tennis for 4.5 months. I hope he recovers well!

Usually getting a knee arthroscopic procedure is maybe a two month recovery but to be gone almost 5 months is a bit concerning. Will he get a protective ranking because he has a ton of points to defend if I recall correctly.

is it always the same knee ? he already had a knee surgery back in 2016 if my memory's good. sad for his fans, I wish him a fast recovery and a ton of patience for his fans. I guess he'll be back in Halle ??

The knee that he injured in 2016 was his left knee..he had a torn meniscus as a result of assisting his daughters in the bathtub. It occurred in early February and he was back on the courts competing in Miami in late March if I remember correctly. This time it's on his dominant right side. Again, this appears to be more serious or Roger is just being extra cautious about his recovery health.

Very bad news . His Body is 4y older since his last surgery. Even if he plays Wimbledon, he will most likely be no factor for winning it.
That means until Roland Garros Thiem will very likely become no 3 seed.
always No 2 and 3 in the same half?

Even on one leg, Fed can still destroy most of the ATP tour but this time its the dominant right leg..

Yes, this time seems to be worse.
Do you know if 2nd and 3rd seed always play on the same half in Roland Garros?

Bad news about the surgery. Sorry to the Fed fans and I wish him a speedy and full recovery.
