The top of the draw still has top seeds, there is #1 seed versus #6 seed there is also #3 seed versus the #10 seed. All seeded 10 or higher.
The bottom of the draw is another story, there is the highest seed #11 versus #17 in battle of the Czech and then there is #13 versus an unseeded in battle of the Spaniards.

Got my wish for a Halep-Woz semifinal. But is Woz still sick? She was serving some bagels so I was hoping she was over it.

But for a Premier 5 event, the attendance in Dubai looks horrible. I feel like I'm watching a college women's basketball game.

Which is more prestigious tourney? Doha or Dubai? I forgot and too lazy to look up.

But, I think neither is mandatory.

I am really glad that ATP came up with their scheme of 1000, 500 and 250 tourneys making
it much easier on the casual fans. While I am not a casual fan of ATP, I don't pay much attention
to smaller WTA tourneys and so am asking.
