There's a lady in Atlanta who tested positive for Covid 4 times in 2020 before the vaccine came out in January 2021. I will find the link to validate if needed.
There are people who have tested positive since the vaccine came out. Most cases nowadays are vaccinated people, I’d imagine…

"Imagining" it doesn't make it so.
This is true, and it doesn’t make it not so. I don’t have the stats, but more people are vaccinated than unvaccinated, and vaccinated people aren’t immune from catching covid. Three of my family members are triple vaxxed and have caught covid. I know the benefits of the vaccine, but we’re all learning about its shortcomings, including the developers of the thing…

the current vaccines are not adapted to omicron which is why a triple vaccination is not very good protection

I dont agree there ,I have a medical background....though with this Omicon variant it is not as bad as the delta strain

Ok didn’t know about your medical background
are the current vaccines adapted to the numerous mutation based changes from the omicron surface? I thought the vaccines are the same from the beginning and an adjustment is still pending

You are not comprehending what my message is saying. You think because Novak tested positive for COVID that his antibodies are stronger than a person who is been double vaccinated, Margaret and I am saying that is not true.

Glad to hear your wife is OK, Front.

Vitamin D is crucial - I believe I posted the video on it with Bret Weinstein. Almost all of us are severely depleted, especially during winter - and especially in a sun-forsaken place like Ireland ;) I've been taking 10,000 IU on most days. There's also the "D bomb," which is 50,000 IU in one day. You might want to check out the "Niatonin" protocol, which is basically Niacin and Melatonin. I've heard heard lots of positive anecdotes. I believe the guy replaced it with Niacin and Curcumin, but melatonin is still good.
Cheers El Dude. Another antigen test today and still a big fat negative. I decided to up my vitamin d to 8000 IU today even before reading your msg (just read this now after finishing work) but will probably only take 8000 IU maybe 5 days to a week max and drop back to 4000 then. The YouTube video from Dr. Campbell with the doctor in Israel talking about vitamin D and K2 is also very informative. My wife actually bought me Melatonin in Latvia last week funnily enough but can't say it's doing much for my sleep so far :D I've loads of Niacin in my multi vits which I take twice per day (meant to be morning/evening) so probably talking all that above now and NAC is brilliant stuff too. So good the FDA banned it and made it prescription only since it had such an affect at preventing covid or severe symptoms. Less of an issue now since Omicon doesn't affect the lungs really but I've a years supply of it now and will continue taking it long term.

4. Helps Relieve Symptoms of Respiratory Conditions

NAC can relieve symptoms of respiratory conditions by acting as an antioxidant and expectorant, loosening mucus in your air passageways.
As an antioxidant, NAC helps replenish glutathione levels in your lungs and reduces inflammation in your bronchial tubes and lung tissue.
People with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) experience long-term oxidative damage and inflammation of lung tissue, which causes airways to constrict — leading to shortness of breath and coughing.
NAC supplements have been used to improve COPD symptoms, exacerbations and lung decline (17Trusted Source, 18Trusted Source, 19).
In a one-year study, 600 mg of NAC twice a day significantly improved lung function and symptoms in those with stable COPD (20Trusted Source).
Those with chronic bronchitis can also benefit from NAC.
Bronchitis occurs when the mucous membranes in your lungs’ bronchial passageways become inflamed, swell and shut off airways to your lungs (21Trusted Source, 22Trusted Source).
By thinning mucus in your bronchial tubes and boosting glutathione levels, NAC may help decrease the severity and frequency of wheezing, coughing and respiratory attacks (23).
In addition to relieving COPD and bronchitis, NAC may improve other lung and respiratory tract conditions like cystic fibrosis, asthma and pulmonary fibrosis, as well as symptoms of nasal and sinus congestion due to allergies or infections (24Trusted Source).
Summary NAC’s antioxidant and expectorant capacity can improve lung function by decreasing inflammation as well as breaking up mucus.

You can claim it's not true but your word on a tennis forum doesn't mean much compared to a case study from Israel showing natural immunity is 13 x better. There's a CDC claim in that link that vaccines are better but anyone believing CDC.gov needs their head examined and I know from living in a house where my wife and 8 month old baby have covid currently and I've had 2 negative antigen tests (despite being unvaxxed) that the public are being lied to on a massive scale to push the vaccines and a lot of people are finally waking up.

Front thanks for that added information. My husband suffered a blood clot in his lung in November,in Melbourne and was in hospital for over a week,Due to our COVID regulations,I was not allowed to visit him in hospital, even though I offered to come down and be in my PPE uniform.I was still not allowed. That information will also be an added bonus at the moment for my husband. Thanks

The baby has it too? The baby is 8 months old? So it’s double jabbed and had a couple of boosters?

Sorry to hear that, Margaret and hope he's ok now but Vitamin D and NAC are definitely well worth taking. Well worth watching this.

I have got him on Vitamin D...I am more interested in NAC....thanks for the video.
Now Foods products are brilliant and I get a lot of their products from iherb. You can get 1000mg also but I chose 250 x 600mg caps based on the case studies recommending 1200mg per day. On an empty stomach before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner or at bedtime. Important to be on an empty stomach for this.

"When to Take Supplements

We recommend you follow this guide:

AMINO ACIDS

Examples: 5HTP, Methionine and SAMe, N- Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) , Tyrosine and Glycine

When to take: On an empty stomach eg 30min before breakfast on rising or 2 hours after dinner at bedtime. SAMe and NAC can disturb sleep so take them in the morning".

^ May disturb sleep! Could be why I don't sleep that well at times haha. Anyway... :D

But she's not dead and that should be all you need to know about how deadly it isn't for the majority...

Reading comments on local forums and also people I work with and know outside work it's all vaccinated and boosted people catching Omicron. A vaccine made multiple mutations before the current variant is like giving someone a vaccine for a flu strain for 2019 in 2022, hence why it's doing absolutely sfa for stopping transmission. I know people who went to packed pubs and every single one of them in the group of 20 + were boosted and caught Omicron. It's crap and it's also not needed except for a select few at this stage given how weak the virus has become.
