It’s very important, so I’m sure it’s a factor. So many random things with this virus, it’s hard to know. Is she okay?
Yup cheers. She's fine thankfully. Just aches and pains. She mentioned she had aches and pains this morning and I said that's one of the main symptoms of Omicron and she says she's had these symptoms all her life whenever she's getting sick. I went for a walk in the afternoon and she called me to say she did an antigen test at home and it came up positive within 3 secs so a very strong positive so it's good she decided to check. Unfortunately our 5 and a half old will have to stay home from school now though which sucks even though no one in the house tested positive except her. I'm working from home anyway at present and we'll just do online shopping but in all honestly the whole isolation thing is a bit mad when you have a negative test. Especially infuriating for peoples kids to have to miss school in cases like this 'cos kids need school. I'll keep doing tests every day for a few days but from reading that article it seems a massive factor in not only reducing severity of symptoms but even getting covid in the first place if your vitamin d3 levels are low and I don't expect to test positive as my vitamin d levels are through the roof and I take NAC twice daily.

You’re doing well taking all that stuff! Even if you test positive, the likelihood is that you'll breeze it. My eldest brother and his two kids in their twenties caught it, all 3 have yawned once between them, as far as symptoms go. So definitely this new strain seems to be more benevolent, and is hopefully is leading us towards the end game. The former chief of the UK vaccine task force has suggested that more is the time to stop vaccination and start living with it, like flu. This is encouraging news, from such a prominent scientist.

Glad to hear your missus is doing well! I’m sure you’re plying her with the thing she needs. The youngster will be happy to be home a little longer, for sure! :yahoo:

That's fantastic news alright if they stop the mass vaccinations and hysteria. I'm all for still vaccinating those who need it and this was always my stance but even more so now that it's mutated to such a weakened form. Hopefully they'll take note and other countries will follow the sense and not "the science" **cough** money. Saying that, they've started vaccinating 5-11 year olds here which is nuts. If they're immunocompromised then fine but otherwise that's a resounding no. Fingers crossed the madness calms down globally this year everywhere.

It’s insanity. Children have a developing immune system that’s already sufficient to the task, and it’s not a good idea to mess with it like this. We’ll end up with a society reliant on big pharma for every sniffle and cough. A society of addicts and wimps…

Glad to hear your wife is OK, Front.

Vitamin D is crucial - I believe I posted the video on it with Bret Weinstein. Almost all of us are severely depleted, especially during winter - and especially in a sun-forsaken place like Ireland ;) I've been taking 10,000 IU on most days. There's also the "D bomb," which is 50,000 IU in one day. You might want to check out the "Niatonin" protocol, which is basically Niacin and Melatonin. I've heard heard lots of positive anecdotes. I believe the guy replaced it with Niacin and Curcumin, but melatonin is still good.

Well, that's one of my concerns with the vax: that it may actually create dependency, as far as immune response to illnesses. Meaning, those on the "booster train" might have unknowingly signed on to the express - there's no getting off.

Even the mainstream (NYT) is acknowledging that boosters could cause damage to the immune system.

i saw your Vit. D video post, but haven't watched it yet, though I will. I have long been a believer in getting a good balance of the vitamins and nutrients in our diets, with as much as possible from fresh foods, and sunlight, but supplementing where needed. I will say one thing, and I am no doctor or nutritionist, and maybe @Kieran can ask his missus, but one needs to be a bit cautious about over-dosing on the fat soluble vitamins, A, D, E and K. C, for example, is water soluble, and if you take too much, it's just excreted in urine. The fat soluble ones accumulate in the body, and can sit, for example, in the liver or kidneys. As I emphasize, I am no expert here, but I have long understood that there can be too much of a good thing of the fat soluble vitamins, so I'm just suggesting a bit of caution.

That’s right, and especially if you have a weak liver. But these things are essential to top up on now, and it’s a pity we don’t hear more about this from the health tyrants, who seem in thrall to one route only.

They won’t lose credibility if they also mention taking personal responsibility where possible…

We can debate the issue of natural immunity on the other thread. I don't debate it exists, just how effective and variable. I would also add here though, that I don't think he had it. That looks a complete fake-up to me.

As to moving on, as I said above, I agree with that. It will begin to look like harassment for political gain, if they don't.
Natural immunity does exist....though that is not the prime issue here, how he got off on a technical issue

We can indeed debate it in the other thread - in fact, we prolly already have. :lulz1:

How effective and variable the jabs are is also an issue of debate, and a much more important one. And also a matter of debate is if Novak actually did catch it in December, although, did his team not provide proof today? I’m only waking up. If he didn’t provide proof, then on what grounds did the judge let him go?
