At this point, they should just cancel play for tonight...no point of starting a match just for it to get suspended again. Also, starting a match at midnight will be bad for the players.
Going through the motions isn't going to get him the USO. He still seems far from his best, even if he's able to get on over on Dimitrov, who is a perfectly terribly tennis player hiding in the clothing of an actually good one. What a choker.
I think that's still preferable to them having to play twice in a day. There may still be a pocket of time left for Djokovic to finish up his match and for Cilic and Khach to finish. Seems unlikely the others will play or even start.

Because his opponents are playing with their 11.5%I think Novak was far from his best before Wimbledon semifinal a month ago, wasn't he? How he manages to keep beating them all with his 17.5% or so that's just beyond me.
funny that Mr Vavrinec refused to play Toronto to save his energy and now, he'll be obliged to play 2 matchs on the same day....not a good thing for his old body
Would you think the same way if you were a doubles player?Well I guess they called it. Dumb decisions IMO, especially since rain will continue tomorrow. Of course it was also idiotic to have scrubby doubles matches on half the courts instead of moving all the men's singles around.

The reason Nick will never win anything significant is because he is not a stable individual. Maybe with serious therapy but I still doubt it. Tennis is the most mental of sports. He does not have it up there.
