I am just soo proud of him today,I actually thought it would be over in 3 quick sets,not playing a match at GS level for nearly 5 years and he has produced this type of play under pressure at this level is just wonderful.

Quite frankly I didnt' believe you said that? I am also a fan of other players but if they can beat,they were beaten by a better player on the day.,regardless if they are Gen-Xers/whatever.
So if Rafa makes it to play Sefanos and gets beaten I assume you will be okay with that.

I'm never going to be happy with that but my point is I don't so much like a one and done. I'd rather see an upset with a point to it.

So far, it looks like Nadal is serving a little bit bigger in this match compared to the last match. Great thing is he is still playing aggressively!

Nadal wins the 1st set 6-1 in 28 minutes!

That’s why the court being fast should help Nadal tremendously because he can be ultra aggressive from the baseline!

The biggest key for Nadal is his back continue to be loose and not stiffened up. If that continues, he is in great shape, in my opinion.

Just finished watching highlights of Rafa's match he has certainly changed his service action,the back is still not 100%.
