Anderson definitely doesn't move well to his forehand side, Rafa needs to take more advantage of that. Plus, he naturally leans towards his backhand in anticipation of Rafa's CC forehand, and he's tall enough not to be too bothered by the spin.

Terrible game by Anderson. He's tentative on his forehand approaches as he's missed some and has gotten passed on others, and it's showing.

I would say that given the circumstances that was the best game Nadal has played in this tournament. The way he dictated and maneuvered Anderson around was vintage Nadal. In addition, that was down 40-15 so it was even more remarkable.

I found EuroSport's online stream. Is anyone else watching it, and do you know who the commentators are?

This will soon become one way traffic, it looks like.

Yeah, time for bed here. Not worth watching the rest now (at this hour for me anyway - 5:36am) 'cos Anderson's gone to pieces. Shame as he played so well in the first set and ever since losing the chance to break in set 1 he's been mostly pure shite.

Berdych takes the second in a tie break to lead 2-0! Only one more set before the Nadal-Berdych match is set up!

Tomic did well to stay in that 2nd set. Berdych held it together in the tiebreak. One more set and Tomas is on to the next round

Yep, Rafa has started pretty bad making silly errors including his returns but after to win the first set he seems a different player ;)

Anderson looks like he's going through the motions, and just wants this to be done.

I agree at the same time also that Nadal relaxed once he got the break and won the set.

Can't you watch it on espn3 without interruptions?

Anderson still has the serve which helps him to survive.....a little bit more
