Andujar's first serve % is absolutely outstanding all match. 82% 2nd set, 80% 3rd set.

2 all in the third and Novak has it to deuce on Mayer's serve. Hoping for a break here.

edit: And, no.

Andjujar is a gutsy little player. Doesn't have all the weapons of the top players, but the guy has heart.

Yup. Another awful dropshot by JJ. Just sat miles up in the air and got exactly what it deserved. About time he stopped doing it.

Would be nice to be able to see Chardy v. Dolgopolov. Two very close sets, and both those guys have great shots. And as I write, Fowler brings it up. Lol.

Yet another pathetic dropshot by JJ. These pos have to be seen to be believed. Clearly this surface isn't good for dropshots in this heat with the bounce it has. Either that or he's hitting really bad dropshots, or both! They're flying completely into the hit zone and just getting swatted like giant flies.

Interesting, what do you think it's about?

"I had scans this morning which confirmed that I tore my groin. If I played on it it could have been much worse. I got booed, pretty unfair. I think it's important to tell people this ... people paid a lot of money."

Yep, wasn't really worth the suspense. Sorry guys.

I really feel bad for him. It's unfortunate. But...and I really don't meant to sound inconsiderate when I ask this: was this really worth a press conference?

Yes. They're in Australia, and he's the great Aussie hope. (For what it's worth.)

What a rant by P Mac!!!!'

About? And what did he say?

Doh. Not good. Switched back to Ferret and Mannarino.

About? And what did he say?

He went ballistic on Weekend At Bernie's. Saying that the Aussie public are fed up with him
for good reason. Time is running out. Stop being a wus. He said he is simply not doing what it
takes. He was practically yelling. He also hinted that Sock is slacking.

About? And what did he say?

About Tomic. This is what he said almost Verbatim:
He started out by saying Tomic reminds him a lot of Hewitt when he was younger although Lleyton was at a higher level. He talked about the warm up in Sydney, was he really injured there. He's an under-achiever, he hasn't dotted every I, crossed every T off-court w/ his training, fitness and his team. He has a lot of chaos around him and it's catching up to him.

There's more:

If you injure yourself in the middle of a match you should pull out as he did, but the public doesn't have a alot trust in what he does and that's why he got booed.

Then Chrissie tried to put some water on the fire by saying she hopes he works things out and that he can't do it alone he needs to surround himself w/ good people.

Just when you thought it was over:
P-Mac goes on about the two Aussie young guns coming up that might steal his limelight and endorsements. It could be the best thing for Bernie. He keeps hearing Tomic say he's young. Your not that young buddy, you're 21-22 and it's difficult to make that move (unless you're a Nadal, Djokovic or a freak at 18-19) to challenge the big boys.

Classic match point from Ferrer on Mannarino's serve. It was a long rally, and Ferrer bullied him, and then picked him off with a winner. (And :ras: the those of you who diss him by calling him "Ferret." He's got more game and will than…well, you can imagine. The list is long.)

Not a fan of Ferrer's post match analysis that he lost set 2 because he made a lot of mistakes and won set 3 set 6-0 because he made no mistakes. Yeah right. Mannarino hit some fantastic shots. Pfff.

That's rather rich from a Federer fan.
