I anticipated well Steve Johnson's upward move. He is taking out the second big server in a row, Karlovic this time.
This will move Johnson up in rankings and he will be now the second ranked American player in the world. He started the year at 156, now he will be gained more than 100 ranking spots.

Good for Johnson, but I wanted Dr Ivo to win, I have a soft spot for him.

Moose, I read that Benoit Paire was so frustrated with Ivo that he shouted a few bad words towards Ivo and said that "this is not tennis". Unfortunately for Benoit, Ivo understands French so at the end of that match when he won, Karlovic started his winning dance in Paire's face and infuriated him even further. Then they went back and forth, even after they left the court. Not a friendly end of their match.

I hope Milos figures out quickly what is wrong with his second serve. It is really hard to watch so many sent long...

Milos is very hesitant and he has not found his rhythm yet...and the DPs are just piling up.

He is lucky to be up a set.

Very nice touch from Milos at the net, followed by a horrible backhand...still no rhythm...

Milos and Lleyton are in the 2nd set tiebreak. It must be so frustrating to play against big servers.:snigger

Raonic is not just a big server though, have to give him credit....I hope he is not in Nole's side of the USO draw.

Milos is once again cool as a cucumber in the TB and wraps it up in two sets...He won 4 TBs in a row now in this tournament. TBs are about nerves and the kid usually keeps them in check. Hewitt should have played better in the TBs with his experience.

Milos was tough and focused on both TB's, when he needed to be. He has lots of things to improve on still, but his mental side is what I am most happy with at the moment.
