Korda wins 1st set 62 over FAA.
FAA has to find a way to 'neutralize' Korda's BH.which has been a good weapon so far in this match
Seb Korda too good and defeats FAA 62 62 ( I think FAA cannot wait for the grass season)

That kid is good. He's going to be 19 on Friday, I see. (Same as Carlos, who turns 19 next week, I think.) He looks like he's filled out. He was all over the court, so smart out there. He even lobbed a beauty right over the tall German's head.
I like this group of youngsters from Alcaraz Sinner and Rune ..at least we have a bunch of personable likeable players.

A crown prince was vexed. Thoroughly vexed.

Prince Alexander Zverev on his loss to Holger Rune today at the BMW Open, 6-3, 6-2:

"I would have lost to any player from the main draw today, that was my worst match in six or seven years" - Alexander Zverev after 2R defeat by Holger Rune in Munich.

The lowliest qualifier would have bested the Prince.
So take that, Dane commoner Holger Rune! Don't even dare to think you genuinely outplayed the German Dauphin (yes, I know that's a French royal term but it sounds good together)
Zverev is not a talented player,he is just a ballbasher .

Tiafoe now has Jill Smoll as his agent and was probably told that good results bring endorsements. He is very entertaining and loves the attention.I hope he get his second title tomorrow.

I would also like to add ,Seb Korda into that mix, he is likeable, also for a tall player 6ft 5in is a balanced athlete and moves well for a tall player,he is effortless in his ground strokes, though one thing I would like him to be is'more explosive'.

And he has to get stronger mentally. That's twice this year he was serving for the match and it was an epic collapse both times.

Agree he seems to get tight mentally when serving for a match, something he needs to work on

One of the hardest things to do is to close out a match unless you are Pete Sampras. IMO. Sampras had the greatest first and second serve combined with his car like quick feet and NBA athlethism vertical leaping ability. I would like to see what his stats were for serving out the match. Otherwise, if you are mortal, facing an ATP player who has been competitive at the highest level can be a daunting task. The opponent will try to be play more aggressively and take more risks than earlier in the match. Reference Federer's Wimbledon and US open vs Novak collapses. It's not so easy

Shame that Van de Zandslupf (?) had to retire out of that final, because it looked to be a good one. First final for both. Young Holger Rune wins his first title, 2 days after his 19th birthday.

That can be a good thing or a very bad thing. As we can see with Tsitsipas right now…

Well seeing Zverev's results have been sub par so far this year, bringing in Sergi Bruguera to date has not brought results, bringing back Dad again at this stage seems the only choice.
