There is an obvious reason why it took Borna 3 years to get into the top 25, after getting into the top 50 at 18y of age.How do you go from beating Roger in the Halle final to "this"? These youngsters majorly lack consistency and ambition.
I think is not the courts, it is the warm weatherTons of service breaks today. How are the courts looking? I'm almost afraid to ask.
Non Fedal fans hoping for another outcome. It is seriously boring by now.Stars might be aligned for another Fedal final?

This problem is not exclusive to Roger though. It happens this way alot when dealing w/ a young gun vs. a top player. Some of them really raise their level for the elite and then struggle w/ players of their norm caliber.Because...it's like I always say - players get hyped to play Roger and play far above their normal level. Then they're back to playing everybody else and they're back to being mediocre. Guys don't get hyped super-hyped to play Nadal, Djokovic (except for Chung) or Murray - just Roger.

Cough drop isn't going anywhere but home to his new wifeyDon't hold your breath. Nadal will find someone to lose to long before the final. And Cilic is super-motivated, so he's going to be looking to get revenge on Roger for his last 3 Slam losses to Roger. I'd bet losing up 2-sets to love with 3 match points to a guy playing on 1 leg hurt a lot more than the blisters on his feet last year. GOAT or not...that had to suck big time.
