Dear Santa,
Thanks to see these last months of 2015 a healthy Rafa and playing much better. I hope in 2016 to see him playing much better and winning at least a couple of GS and his second golden Olympic Medal, it would be great. His uncle says that Rafa is ready for the battle, he has recovered his confidence and training better than ever and with a little help of you I'm sure he will do even better

By the way, I'm largely joking here, because Andy has been tremendous for British tennis and winning the DC was a great achievement - but Tyson Fury was nobbled by illiberal sorts who dislike free speech and wanted him actually banned from taking part...

I don't think it's anything to do with being PC - it's a public vote, and tennis is just a more popular sport than boxing. So there are just more Murray fans out there to vote for him, especially since he's built up a fanbase with his exploits over the last few years. Sinfield came second cause he's a rugby player, which, again, is a very popular sport which has a lot of fans and gets high viewing figures in the U.K.

If the bbc had really been overly pc, they would have banned fury from the compettiton. instead, he was part of the competition, and was even interviewed on the show. the bbc let the british puclic make up their own minds. and andy has more fans than tyson. tyson actually did very well anyway, finishing a narrwo fourth behind the hugley poplualr jessica ennis hill, so lots of people voted for him despite all the controversy.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves Toni. He is making it sound like Nadal is 25 again and can't wait to start the season. I would be euphoric if he could sweep the clay season again like the old days and if possible do some damage at the NA hard court swing, but how likely is this to happen? :nono
