No one seems to care about Mubadala in Abu Dhabi, but it's on! Nadal had to win in 3 over Ferrer; now Raonic is up a set on Wawrinka:

I thought novak was playing that event?

It's great practice for the players, no doubt about it...

I've just read about Ferru is playing with a new model of racket which helps him to serve better and making more flat shots. He has played, running and trying everything against Rafa (like he always does) winning very tied the second set (6-7) but Rafa didn't allow him to get the third same like the first (6-3) he also has served very well and at the end was the best player

Novak used to play this event a few years ago, since last year he does not, probably because he decided to play in Doha instead.

Raonic beat Wawrinka in the second SF (7-5, 7-5), therefore the final will be Nadal - Raonic.

I know this is an exho and not an official result, but this is the first time that Milos defeated Stan.

After to play most of the semis and finals all around the year they don't need to practice too much, on the contrary their bodies need to rest more before to burn out (if they are not already)

It depends. Some players take 3-4 weeks off or do only of court training, then they need practice.

The never stop to practice but traveling and playing in one week two or three marches against another good players is a lot more effort even being an Exo than just practicing at home

An unexpected move done by Milos Raonic, he is adding Carlos Moya to his coaching team:

Good decision, I hope Moyà helps him better than his previous coaches

Thanks for the clip, Carol. Rafa looks like he's hitting well, carrying on from Autumn last year. The shanks on the forehand seem to have vanished, he's fairly smiting that now with the hammer. Good stuff, for an exo...

Maybe he saw how fellow tall guy Isner took it to Nadal on clay and is targeting clay season ;) Keep that big serve working well and make the clay game more intuitive. Not a bad idea.

The new 'Sampras tactic' of Raonic, working on his way up into the net......still a lot work to do but with his good serve it could help him a lot, isn't?

Ljubers sure made a career step UP with his decision to coach Fed. I do not yet see how Moya will be of help to Milos, but then I also thought Becker was a poor choice for Novak (at first). :p

Moya probably is going to help Raonic more than Lju to Roger, we'll see
