I simply can't understand why some commentators say Murrays return is on a par with Nole's. It's not even close!

You mean like in the Wimbledon Final :laydownlaughing who won.

Weather on Sunday will be hot, but with showers and very little wind. Interesting!

Thanks. I can live with that.

If Murray is going to go after Nadal's backhand, I think he needs to do it with heavy, high bouncing cross court forehands. Works well against Rafa on clay. But, for the most part, it needs to be CC backhands and inside out forehands directed to Nadal's forehand.

Murray needs that forehand down the line when changing directions to work a little better otherwise it's going to be a little too predictable and Nadal will camp on his backhand side.

So far Nadal is hitting his serves with the same pace as Djokovic.

Nah, not so fast. Djokovic should be okay, but it will be a hell of a fight.

Yes he's serving faster than he's been this tournament. Djokovic was taking some pace off the serve today. I think Nadal will still need to serve a good 5 kph faster than that on average against Djokovic (fastest serve so far has been 191 kph). More importantly, he needs to direct it to Djokovic's forehand far more (which he isn't today, as those are serves Nadal is not comfortable hitting). It's not just about speed. If the question is about the back, then it doesn't seem to be troubling him one bit. If the question is whether he's serving good enough, he's not.
