RE: NBA Playoffs

If the series is 1-1 going back to Miami then I definitely think Heat win, but 2-0 Pacers then they are the huge favorites for sure. This is a rivalry matchup and the problems they present the Heat are obvious (mainly size). So I think the issues they had before might be put to bed.

The Pacers and Heat both know it: Bosh can't dream of handling West or Hibbert on defense. Other than that Lebron has taken only 11 shots, that isn't going to be enough to keep up.

Also Lebron is playing truly terrible defense as well. This one has gotten out of hand quick

It is similar to the last LAC-OKC game, you just have some guys taking shots who shouldn't be shooting right now. And Chalmers with a big time stupid foul after a stupid shot.

Another sick pass from Lebron there. Heat hanging around but still not really close.

Refs screwed up another one, they gave the Pacers 3 foul shots and the ball which would indicate they gave Chalmers a technical and a flagrant foul.

Guess it was a legit call to give 3 free throws, a foul first and then a dead ball flagrant foul. I think if it's dead ball it should be a technical and not a flagrant but apparently you can get a dead ball flagrant.

It will be interesting to see if Indy can play with this much vigor in game 2 or will LBJ beat them into submission

Much is made of how weak Miami's defense is down low but this game has mostly been about getting routinely beat off the dribble. That's the best way for a team to shoot a great 3 point % and a high % overall. They are getting whatever they want.

Yeah he will try to bring it in game 2. Too much Mario Chalmers and Ray Allen in this game for Miami to keep up on a day when Indy is lighting them up on defense.

^ They were never in it since the end of the first half. I think they got it down to 8 once in the 2nd half, this was a true beatdown.

Game 2 is absolutely crucial. I feel whoever wins it wins the series. Great performance by Indiana.

Not really for the Heat, if INDY wins, they will just be holding service or be defending their home court. The Heat can turn it on and rattle off 4 straight easily.

^ I wouldn't say "easily". There is a reason that something like 85% of teams who go up 2-0 win the series. I think that if the Heat are at 2-2 coming back to Indy they will still win the series but I have a feeling Indy wins one in Miami regardless of what happens in game 2. And if it's 3-1 it's series over.

Also the biggest thing for Indy is that Hibbert looked like himself again. It helps to be playing the bitter rivals and it also helps that Miami's frontcourt is undersized and weak defensively.
