RE: NBA Playoffs

I maintain Indy won their one and only game in this series. I do hope I am wrong though, and we get a nice , competitive 7 game series. I just feel like Miami is going to put their foot on the pedal now and just pick Indy apart.

For this series the main problem with Ibaka being out is depth. They only have 3 bigs now and they won't be able to have 2 of them out there all the time and playing Adams or Perkins at the 4 is not desirable. They will need a solid 35+ minutes from Collison and that figures to be a tough ask.

And I see that Collison has played less than 20 minutes. I didn't catch the start of the game, did they really start Durant at PF? Dumbfounding if that's the case. In the long run they won't get away with that vs. SA.

I didn't catch it either. Came in on the 2nd period. No Ibaka means no shot blocker or rim protector. Spurs getting whatever shot they want. Over 70% of their baskets are in the paint.

Brooks vs Coach Pop is like having Sarah Palin vs Ken Jennings on Jeopardy

Brooks puts way too much value on the additional offense they have by playing small ball. It is still all about Durant and Westbrook on offense. Meanwhile by going small they will get abused inside at will. The Spurs have Duncan and other competent bigs...way too easy.

It's no surprise that Duncan had his best game in the playoffs due to Brooks' stupid tactics. Yeah, it sucks to lose Ibaka and I don't see OKC winning this without him, but Brooks essentially handed the game to San Antonio on a silver platter.

We got the Draft lottery on tonight at 7 just before the Heat-Pacers game. Pumped to see where the Bucks land, better be top 2.

I am hoping the Lakers can get Kobe some help(Wiggins and trade for Kevin Love) plus send Jim Buess to North Korea or give him a WTA team to run

I hope the NBA doesn't "magically" draw LA Lakers 1st. They had the 6th worst record after all but I put nothing past them...

Short of Lebron going to LA there is nothing that will make them relevant in the next year or 2 which is all Kobe has left.

I wish these daughters of these owners were smarter...but then again I guess they don't need to be. Ever.

^KS, do you think the drama of the lottery is a little overstated...ya know like how the camera pans to the representative and there's like no discernible reaction...it's funny to me :)

Yeah, it's a little over the top. But it's only 20 min long (commercials subtracted), it's to be expected. It's not like the actual NBA Draft, which is much more exciting.
