Question, perhaps Berdych, Raonic and Kei are in their best form? how many tournaments (Kei in Barcelona) have won this year? I think Raonic has came back from a foot injury, isn't? and Kei if I remember well he withdrawed Halle? and Berdych.....well, a lime and sand :cover :s :dodgy:

Let's see first if Rafa makes it to the R4. That is valid for all of them, before talking about the eventual R4 encounters.

As Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer and Andy Murray gear up for Wimbledon 2015... watch out for the new kids on the block!

Any points given for who identifies them all? Anyway, I'd love a key.

Haha! So this time it's a reverse of what happened at RG. Roger gets Murray and Nadal in his half. Novak has Stan.

Murray and Nadal could face each other at the quarters..

I hear Novak is facing Kohlschreiber in the first round. That's a nasty start. I might be wrong though...

No, that is true. Novak opens against Kohli, potential R3 is Tomic.

The top 8 pairing:

Novak-Kei
Wawrinka - Raonic
Ferrer -Murray
Berdych-Federer

^Ooof! That could be a nasty one BS. That's the sort of power - no rhythm player he doesn't want. Not sure he has the quality to take out Rafa though

A potential Nadal vs Dustin Brown in the second round. Ugh.

You think Dustin could imitate Darcis and C° ????

Too bad! If Roger has to go through Berd, Murray/Nadal, and Nole he is not winning, simple as that. Got to root for an upset or 2.

In my opinion Muzz has the toughest road to the final and frankly I don't see him making it.
Meanwhile Federer says that he wants to win Wimbledon, he is playing well and with a lot of confidence, good for him, positive thoughts can bring positive results ;)

I'm not that fussed. The way these draws work. Draws that seem tough can open out quickly. And we've experienced the converse a few times recently!

There are always surprises and draws usually do not play out the way it is supposed to be.
Murray was upset last year by Dimi, Roger by Stakhovsky 2 years ago, etc.

The concern is Dustin Brown defeated Rafa in Halle last year in the first round.
Also, Dustin declares grass his favorite surface, and that is not very common among players.

If Rafa can't beat Dustin Brown on grass in a best 3 of 5 then he isn't ready to compete for any slam title

Roger has relatively benign early opponents. None tricky. Sock in 3rd round and RBA/Deliciano in 4th. Life gets tough from QF on if seeds hold. Berdych in QF, Murray in SF and Novak in F is a terrible sequence of tough players one after the other. Roger is not winning Wimbledon if he has to actually go through all three of them. If one of them is upset Roger has 50/50 chance. If two of them are upset, Roger lifts the trophy and becomes the sole man with maximum no. of Wimbledon titles.

Rafa got the best possible opponent for the 4th round in terms of Ferrer. Only problem is that he has to clear Brown (and Troiki) to get there.

Novak has easy draw in later stages with all other members of the big four being in the other half. Also, even though Novak is projected to play Stan in SF, it won't materialize as Stan would not stay around that long.

The funny thing is that all this may amount to nothing if Kohly can take out Nole in the opening round, which he is fully capable of. Novak did not participate in any warm-up tourneys except the poodles exhibilition whereas Kohly has his game up and running having almost taken out Roger in Halle.
