Well yes He was Injured at AO last year Nadal just did not say anything because he respect for Federer. He got the. Injury in the semis but later said on Facebook that he was not 100% and as for WC 12 he was Injured in that match you can see how slowly he was moving. Nadal would have beaten Federer or Murray in the final and finally The reason he could not play Wimbledon was because of the Injury he got at FO.

Biggest load of horseshit I've ever read on any tennis forum and there's been A LOT. No, most people CAN NOT see he was injured against Rosol because, frankly, he wasn't. How exactly does one return the incredible serves Rosol hit that day or retrieve a 100mph backhand in the corner? Dream on. He's been crap on grass every year since 2012 so it had nothing to do with any injury. It was the second friggin' round he lost in and yet you claim he would have won the title ? Be handy if he won the 2nd round, 3rd round, 4th round, quarter final, semi final first before even making the damn final. ROFL! Thanks for making the whole forum laugh hysterically. Honestly don't know why I'm even wasting my time replying to this nonsense.

LOL, what injury did he have in the AO 2017? He was just beaten and what's more it should have been over in 3 sets. He would have won Wimbledon 2012 if Rosol hadn't beaten him?! ROFL! Loads of the ones you've listed that he was "injured" he didn't even lose in the damn final so how could he have possibly won them?! There's no point even discussing RG 2009 anymore either...he was just beaten by the better player. It happens.

OK fair you do not a Agree that Nadal was Injured at WC12 or AO but where is two that I forgot to put in AO11,AO18 he could have won them good h2h vs. All players. Also 2012,2014 USO Nadal form going in these seasons was awesome and would have won them

AO 2011 he lost in the quarter final. You need to be in the final to have a chance to win and the word you need even if he WAS in the final is COULD have won not WOULD have won. AO 2018 Cilic was absolutely crushing the ball from the 3rd set onwards so it's far from a given that he WOULD HAVE WON at all. Most likely he still would not have won the way Cilic was playing.

How the hell you can claim he would have won a slam he didn't even play is beyond me (USO 2012 and 2014). Funnily enough, if you're not in, you can't win.

Lol no sign of injury in many of those matches. If he had mentioned injury in the final last year we all would've heard about it because he has no problems making excuses. 2010 AO the injury happened after he was getting his ass kicked by Murray and then he quit like a baby. No sign of injury vs Rosol even with the "injury timeout" afterwards. 2014 AO Rafa was down a set and a break, 2016 RG, the withdrawal just saved him another ass kicking from Djokovic. Anyways we can play that same game with Fed, injured all of 2013 after AO, played hurt during 2016 Wimbledon, 2017 USO, had mono affecting him in 2008 leading to horrid losses at the first 3 slams that year, etc.

I'm so nauseated by some of Rafa's fans! If you listen or read their post, he should never lose! If he does come up short, something other than getting his butt kicked "must be the reason!" Nole has 2 seven match winning streaks against him; are they all invalid as well? This has to be a joke or they've started allowing internet access to mental patients in looney bins! :cuckoo: :banghead:  :nono:

OK fair enough Federer also had injury's and Nadal was losing in some of the matches that he got hurt. But at least then had match points vs djokovic Nadal took them did not cloke like Federer USO twice,

Federer would cloke if he could. Imagine a cloaking device that allowed him to be invisible, firing aces and winners at will against that hapless numbskull.

Rafa will be an enormous favorite at RG. I said last year around this time that his odds at RG were probably the best they've been since 2010 or possibly even 2008 RG. And the same figures to be true this year so yes Roger isn't safe yet. But I don't think he's done either, 8 at Wimbledon is still an underachievement for him with a couple awful finals losses. 9 would look about right and maybe he can do more than that. And of course USO has been a house of horrors, past time he wins another one there and becomes King of the North!

I'd say Rafa's odds at this RG are the best they've been since 2009.

You putting the whammy on him? :lulz2: Rafa was the prohibitive favorite in 2008-09. I don't think you can put him there again, at nearly 32. Probably more like 2010, when it was known that he could lose. But I can see where his odds would be good, with Djokovic likely not in full form, nor Murray; Roger questionable to play on clay and Thiem not really shown to be a player at Majors. Plus, a lot of the best clay-courters are aging out.

He's not afraid to play Nadal. He's worried about getting injured again as his knee doesn't feel right on clay he said. At 36 if he has another injury setback other than mild back issue it may well be game over and he knows it.

Roger also doesn't want to have to adjust how he's playing. He said he wants to stay in all-out aggression mode and play short points. It's hard to play that kind of tennis on clay...but I have to admit that it would be interesting to see him try to do that.

Sounds like exercises to me,
