The two points I made in the past, which are indisputably true, were this: 1) there were more blacks killed last year by other blacks than by the KKK in its entire history, and 2) that if you compare KKK killing of blacks to other historical atrocities, it doesn't even make the list of the top 1,000 because the death count is so minimal.
There is no way you know how many blacks were ever killed by the KKK because a) the KKK was a secret society, and b) many murders of Black people in the main time when the KKK was active went not only unpunished, but unreported. So there is nothing "indisputably true" about what you say. There is too little data.
Correct. I stand by that.
This is confusing, because previous to that you told AP that you never said I was a "bad" person. Now you say that I am, and you stand by it. So which is it?
You clearly don't connect with them culturally. Your bond with blacks is not a cultural one but a political alliance borne out of shared hatred for the same target. The only similarity I see between you and any black person is that you have a big ego and don't back down in arguments, no matter how ridiculous your claims.
Well, there's a broad generalization, and a meaningless one, I'd say.
How is that a badge of honor? All of those areas have exhibited immense dysfunction and failure in recent decades in uplifting black populations - as the Black Lives Matter activists would be the first to tell you.
Merely living in a major urban area (which I have for quite a while now, btw) doesn't mean you have some kind of special wisdom when it comes to blacks. In fact, from what I have seen, it usually means the opposite. White heavily Democratic urban populations are arguably the most pretentious and obtuse hypocrites the world has ever seen. Their political ideas have failed miserably in the last 60 years in uplifting blacks, yet these white urban Democrats blame the failure of their ideas on white Republicans who have nothing to do with the problems in black communities. It is classic scapegoating for failure.
If being white living in a major urban area is meaningless as to understanding the plight of minorities, then it is for you, too. But you say that working from within is inadequate, certainly working from without doesn't make Republicans in the least sympathetic, and they actively work against the issues of minorities and the poor. This isn't scapegoating, it's truth. Republicans don't even work for the poor in their own base. (More suckers they.)
You don't understand modern black sports culture or the black hyper-masculine mentality that often results in street violence. In fact, you don't even bother to look at these factors because you're fixated on hating Republicans.
Nor do you know mine, but even if you are friends with some left-wing black females, what does that prove? Who cares? Your idea of being cool with blacks means being a devoted Democrat and indulging the most extreme anti-white political prejudices. So yes, I could absolutely see you being like a Joy Behar who is friends with a Whoopi Goldberg type and then making jokes about Trump. But that is predominantly a political connection, not a cultural one.
So understanding "Black sports culture" and "Black hyper-masculinity" is more important to you...by far, apparently...than my knowing Black women, which you dismiss out of hand. ("Who cares?") You have been going on about "Black sports culture" for ages now. Don't you think it's a bit simple to reduce people to that being their signature trait? And "Black hyper-masculinity?" Wow, that sounds a lot like White sexual anxiety. (Pretty classic racist insecurity vis-a-vis Black men, and the source of many ills.) But I deal with a fair amount of hyper-masculinity in men of all stripes, even around here. That's a trait plenty of men share. But your putting those 2 things together as an explanation for "street violence" does come off as bog-standard racist sloganeering. You really are being reductive.
Also reductive is including my friendships with anyone, which, again, you know nothing about. You consider them 'political alliances' rather than any kind of meeting of the minds, in our hearts and shared culture...of which there is plenty, unless of course you see "race" as an impenetrable wall that excludes any other parts of shared culture, and apparently you do.
As to the rest of your endless "Police Blotter" reporting of murders in the US, why don't you just tell us what you're getting at. You stick them at the end of many posts like a tag-line, but passively-aggressively refuse to say why. But if you try to say that it's not something that I, or any of the rest of us care about, that will be a lie. It's just that, as per usual, you diffuse your failing arguments with otherwise off-of-point straw man distractions.
