As to Kaepernick, I don't see why he bothers you so much.
Because I think he is a total ignoramus whose conceit is only surpassed by his political stupidity, and from my own personal experience I know what kind of impact white leftists have on the token blacks in white suburban areas. They shape them and mould them into the most obtuse, idiotic political pricks imaginable. Kaepernick grew up in such an environment and he has become the demented monster that he is in large part because of that white left-wing upbringing. I also never thought much of him as a quarterback, so I’ve never been a fan of his.

That said, if you want to talk about who is on the winning side, be my guest. Was Hillary’s campaign in 2016 on the “winning side” of history in 2016? Remember that glass ceiling that was supposed to break? It never did. According to your read on things, Trump was never in a million years supposed to defeat Hillary, yet he did.
As for blacks, is Chicago having its most violent day in 60 years an indication that the Civil Rights movement is on the right side of history? Are 1 and 3-year old black kids being shot in the face a sign of being on the right side of history? What about the utter failure of Baltimore schools 60 years after the Civil Rights movement? What you call “winning” is actually brazen failure.
Oh, and what about the forces of international Communism that the American left apologized for decade after decade? Both the Soviets and their American ideological allies insisted for decades that Communism was on “the right side of history.” The American left loved Communism. And where is Communism now, after all that blustering?
Oh, and you’re a feminist. It’s 2020. How is your precious Democratic Party cult nominating a senile 77-year-old straight white man who was friends with segregationists? According to your read of history, either Kamala Harris or Elizabeth Warren were supposed to be the nominee. But because of their personal flaws and shortcomings, that never worked out. They couldn’t win enough votes from their own leftist electorate.
I could go on, but you get the point. Actually, let me throw one other example in there: Pete Buttigieg was rejected entirely by black voters. They hated him, especially the blacks in his hometown of South Bend. That doesn’t jibe with your demented read of history and how it is supposed to develop. You simply have a totalitarian revolutionary mindset in which temporary victories are taken as eternal vindication. You are no different than Lenin or Hitler in that regard. You think that having your way for a few years means your ideas have been validated. That’s far from the case.
