Are Tsitsipas and Thiem really the favorites after Djoke? Nobody picking Medvedev?

Upset brewing,
Y.Nishioka who looks about twelve years old is up 2 sets to love against Andy Murray.

J.Munar retires.Dominc Theim was up 2 sets 76(6) 63.

This should give Team Theim a lift advancing without exerting too much for a victory. Dominic is obviously struggling but hey, a win is a win. My hope is that he can play himself into form as the tournament moves on.

Dominic's complaint IIRC is that the outer courts are playing much faster than LA is. I wonder if he includes AA as playing slower also.

From what I heard yesterday from players that Armstrong is playing faster than Ashe?

Khachanov and Rublev, the Russian Bashing Boys both came through. While they may not win the tourney, they are such dangerous floaters to beat anyone any given day when they are on.
